I hold a Master of Science degree in Economics from TERI University, New Delhi, India along with a strong academic background of over 8 years in Economics. During my academic years, I have written and presented several literature reviews and analytical (qualitative and statistical) research papers.

Currently working as a Business Analyst, I have been assigned to revamp TKK Enterprises (Siliguri, India) to a modern working style, leveraging my independent working spirit and strong communication skills. My role encompasses an overhaul of the system of working using data integration & analysis, ICT tools, and the use of CRM software (Salesforce). Additionally, I am responsible for Business Development focusing on government clients.

My previous role was as a Market Data Business Analyst at Imerys (France), where I worked in the Sales and Marketing division. In this position, I optimized the various business processes involving the different departments such as Demand Planning, Commercial Excellence, IT, etc. I also provided the Sales Managers and Teams with ad-hoc analyses, among other things. Most notably, I helped create a new Business Intelligence
Tool, viz. Prism, that was used throughout the organization.

Before that, I worked as a Young Professional in the Statistics Division at the Coal Controller's Organization (CCO) of the Ministry of Coal of the Government of India (GoI). During my time there, I helped publish the two annual flagship statistical publications for the GoI: 'Provisional Coal Statistics 2020-21' in June 2021, and 'Coal Directory of India 2019-20' in April 2021.

Moreover, I have worked in the Construction and Engineering sector as a Trainee in the Market Research Division of an engineering consulting firm and also interned as a Data Visualization Analyst at ASER (Pratham Education Foundation), Delhi, India.

My experience widely extends across Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Business Process Management, Requirements Gathering/Analysis, Data Stewardship and Management, Data Analysis and Visualization, Economic Research/Analysis, and Market Research/Analysis with large datasets primarily using MS Excel (Spreadsheets), Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, QlikView BI Analytics, and Salesforce CRM.

My interests are Economic, Policy, Market & Political Analysis/Research, Sustainability, Applied Microeconomics, Socio-economic developmental issues, International Development, Behavioural Economics, and Game Theory.

Hobbies include Reading, Puzzle-solving, Chess, playing Guitar, and watching Movies.
