The authors attempt identifying features in formation and development of scientific and education... more The authors attempt identifying features in formation and development of scientific and educational knowledge as a gnoseologic category from the point of view of the ontological approach in both synchrony and diachrony, thus opening a possibility to determine ontological attributes, properties, structure of cognition, foundation of thought development in a subject. The authors distinguish between scientific cognition and educational cognition. Applying methodological optics, reflecting heterogeneous context and varying socio-cultural environment of the subject of a modern education, the authors provide philosophical justifications for appearance of scientific and educational cognition, bringing to lite conceptual and connotation-related features of concepts, systematize the sphere of application of the knowledge through the lens of the subject's mental state on the basis of specific and modified general knowledge, both generalized and obtained from personal experience. The paper describes principal factors that determine reinterpretation of the education and personal development as phenomena in the scientific thesaurus of Russian and foreign educational science; the role of personal existential experience in the context of social personality development is emphasized. Making accents on hermeneutic content of educational terms reflecting the permanent process of subjective spiritual activity allows understanding these terms as a universal environment for designation of a holographic spectrum of phenomena in pedagogical science. Development of terminology is seen as an interaction during which new thought forms arise and then adapted to a linguistic system.

This article is devoted to consideration of a number of terminological and methodological aspects... more This article is devoted to consideration of a number of terminological and methodological aspects of the strategic diagnostic of the enterprise. Available to the fractal approach to the formation and diagnostic strategies, based on an analysis of the elementary fractal strategy. Existing approaches to the formation of the strategy can be systematized according to the following criteria: the logic of the strategy; target setting strategy; cognitive strategy setting; scale of tasks to be solved; method of obtaining and appropriating economic rent; the basis of competitive advantage. The most popular method for explaining the features and the mechanism of strategy development is now the resource approach, which, when building the appropriate methodology for the formation and diagnostics of the strategy, makes it possible to address the strategic potential of the economic entity. The main task of strategic diagnostics is to identify possible alternatives to development management. The resulting strategic management alternatives are a combination of the elements of a set of strategies at different fractal levels. Analysis of the obtained alternatives is advisable to begin with an elementary fractal strategy. The advantage of using this model is that in this case it is possible to exclude non-feasible from the position of goals and objectives of the state strategy of alternatives at the early stages of its development-at the level of analysis of managerial and organizational processes, "positions on assets", development trajectories. Or, on the contrary, it is possible to "correct" the elementary fractal of the strategy, namely, to make all three of its components hypostasis-administrative and organizational processes, positions on assets, development trajectory, corresponding to each other. The second way can be less expensive.

The selection of thematic fields of study is determined by the necessity of reflection media as a... more The selection of thematic fields of study is determined by the necessity of reflection media as a new paradigm of modern education; as mechanisms for the transfer of the disciplinary matrix, serves as the basis of education, training and upbringing of a new type that meet the request of modern society; as a platform for social and cultural development of personality, formed on the basis of a strategic audit of the basic pedagogical models, methodological principles, didactic methods and educational ideas, develop modern pedagogical science and practice, one of which is the modulation in the media. The focus of modern pedagogical science is changing under the influence of the epistemic potential that allows educators to use the latest technologies in teaching, to strengthen the receptive capacity of the subject, to update practice-oriented nature of education. The medial practice, considered in the article through the prism of system and activity approaches to identify mechanisms of diversification and modernization of modern education, to determine the degree of influence of the media loaded product for the implementation of educational, strategies, assess the degree of responsibility of educational institutions for the results and quality of education in the subject; to expand the range of training including engaging the best domestic and foreign medial practices on the basis of the formation of the experience of the subject and by the use of modulations in the media.ing tools in educational processes The authors describe the modulations in the media, helping to significantly expand the range of teaching tools in educational processes through the development of meta competences, develop cognitive skills of learners; the formation of consciousness in the benefits of new and existing media; assessment of modern information, communication; reflection on digital media, giving the subject a new tool for the development of creative thinking.

From the position of the holographic approach overview presents an overview of actual retrospecti... more From the position of the holographic approach overview presents an overview of actual retrospection of the development and functioning of modern educational organizations as scientific, educational, social facility, meeting the needs of society; addresses the complex analytical procedures to identify the instruments of training and education demanded by the labour market specialist; analyzes the dynamics and optics of the methodological research process of the University; revealed mechanisms of organization of educational process in higher education and the factors influencing the quality of teaching of the subject. The author recalls the peculiarities of the formation of the sacred landscape of personality: pedagogical prevention of the ideology of the spiritualized space formed by spiritual human experience, which is expanded at the expense of recreational resources of the University and has a direct impact on the quantification of Homo Cognoscens judgments, ways of adopting cultural patterns, indicating the boundaries of the semantic field of traditional morality; and also possible ways of increase of level of mental competences of the subject, externalization and internalization of the knowledge received in the educational organization allowing thus to keep ecological balance of the subject are reflected; the approach identifying the modern student in his development according to requirements of the 21st century that helps to define character of movement of pedagogical matter is implemented; to recreate a complete picture of available stocks and means necessary for education of the person at the qualitative level.

The presented article relevance is determined by the Russian government increased attention to th... more The presented article relevance is determined by the Russian government increased attention to the education issues. The modern teacher training is considered in a triad: as a way to achieve the goals of the youth’s national development; as the teaching staff training for the country scientific and technological development. The authors apply to the reflection of the teaching staff training growing role, which insistently requires an answer to such problematic questions as the new pedagogical concepts existence, determining other projections of the education development; the previously unknown format for the professional educational programs development, taking into account the requirements for the education modern subject. The study purpose is to identify the training strategy implementation features of a modern teacher as a carrier of the phylogenetic code. The strategic and tactical features of the teacher educational process organization in Russia are considered in the article from the inductive approach position, which allows to identify the teacher training modern model, the main scenarios for the events development and the leading educational tracks in the teacher’s professional establishment. The use of the humanitarian expertise method determines the human activity direction in the modern society, the training teachers’ main discourses for the national school. As a result of the express examination, including the reflexive knowledge assimilation and systematization about the national education system state, the conclusions were drawn about the pedagogical theory and practice certain aspects development; on the risks identification in the teaching staff training organization.

From the essential approach position, the article examines the modern educational organization fo... more From the essential approach position, the article examines the modern educational organization formation and functioning as a scientific, educational, training, socio-cultural object that meets the needs of a society; the domestic pedagogical education development priorities and directions are determined; the prospects for the formation of the modern pedagogical knowledge are exposed: digitalization, network interaction, remote type of information transfer, subject's generation of all possible alternatives to identify the individual balance of the personality; the dynamics and methodological optics of the modern university research process is analyzed; the ways of the pedagogical education available resources rational use are discussed; the methodological practice and the ways of the new practices subsequent multiplication in the university education system, are reflected; the factors, influencing the quality of the modern subject education are established; the toolkit of specialist's training and education, demanded by the labor market, is investigated; an approach is implemented, identifying a modern student in his development, which helps to determine the pedagogical substance movement nature, to recreate a holistic picture of the available reserves and means necessary for the personality education at a qualitative level.
