Payment
- All payments are made in USD or Points (unless otherwise stated).
- Only on OTA event can you offer Things other than USD or points.
- I will however NOT consider art slavery (I do not like it)
- All designs or custom slots has to paid for within 24 hours or they will open back up.

You May...
- Change gender, give name or add accessories (as long as these fit your Grinx's position).
- Remove/add traits as long as long as these fit your Grinx position. Also, you cannot add rare traits to your Grinx, only change one rare trait for another. Example: Common tusks --> rare tuks (no go)/ Rare tusks --> another kind of rare tusks (Ok). (Note me if you are unsure of how it works).
- Please contact me about major changes to the design.
- You may resell/Trade your design, BUT only for an equal/lower amount than what you paid for it. (This can change if extra art is involved.)
- Develop your character any way you see fit, as long as it abide the general rules of the specie.
- Repost the original art, as long as I am given prober credit.

You Must...
- Read all related info about the specie before adopting one.
- Message me about any major changes that may occur regarding changes to design/MYO designs or breedings so that I may confirm them.
- Assist me in updating the master list should a Grinx YOU own change owner (this does not mean you're expected to inform me when someone else's Grinx change owner).

You May Not...
- Trace the artwork of me/others in the group to make YCH, general art or Reference Sheets.
- Resell any character that does not belong to you.
- Be disrespectful towards me, the staff or other group members.
- Own more than 10 Grinx.

Regarding MYO Events
- Every Grinx not designed by me, has to be confirmed by me before submitted. Therefor, message me about your design so that I may confirm it.
- Should there be any errors in your design, you will have three chances to edit them. Should you fail to do so, your design will be denied.
- MYO creatures or Tickets may NOT be sold as you will be getting them for free! If you wish to sell them after a while, contact me first.

Regarding OTA/Auctions Events
- You are welcome to offer any amount of art/points/Cash as you see fit. But you can only offer Cash/points at Auctions.
- Please do NOT harrass other bidders. Do not guilt trip or abuse others or myself. Doing so will get you banned from that particular OTA or Auction. Doing so twice will get you banned from the Group.
- Feel free to reupload the art, but remember to give me credit. Do not claim the specie or design as your own.

When Re-selling/Trading
- Only re-sell your design for a lower or equal amount of Cash/Points that you paid for it yourself, unless extra art is involved.
- Please message me before re-selling/Trading your Grinx.
- Please respect that a blacklist may occur of people not allowed to own my designs. Keep this in mind before re-selling/Trading.
- You can always ask me for the blacklist, it is very appriciated.
- Please confirm with the masterlist that the person you're buying from actually owns that specific Grinx.
- Upon re-selling/Trading, please leave a comment on the masterlist so that I know the Grinx has changed owner.
- If you suspect someone is selling a Grinx they do not own, please tell me.
- You may NOT sell/trade a Grinx you got from a MYO event or ticket. You may also not sell the ticket itself. However, these can both be gifted away.
