| **Before you read any of the information below, know that this is both a serious AND crack community. You're allowed to do pretty much as you please so long as you don't abuse the privilege.**In the midst of their peaceful sleep, one by one the players of the tennis teams were stolen from their beds and shipped to an island somewhere in the Pacific Ocean. An island where identical versions of their rooms at home were built into one gigantic mansion that they’re meant to live in until given back to their families. And though these rooms are identical in every way, there’s one crucial piece missing from each room; something that these players hold very dear to them, but at first glance goes unnoticed. The only way to get this missing piece of their room back, is to participate in a game of hide and seek. Once a month there is a list of players posted in the main room of the house on a large tack board, and each member of the house (excluding the players on the list) gets a vote on who is kidnapped. The kidnapping is no joke, however. Once the character is kidnapped they have two weeks to be found by using the clues left in the house, but if the player is not found... they die. |

| All deaths are NOT final, and in NO WAY mean that the person playing the "deceased" character is booted out of the community. There is a purpose for this, and when a character dies they will be told what is to become of them. But trust me, it’ll be fun :D When a character "dies" each and every character, except for the "dead" one, will think they’re really dead.When a person quit’s the RP, the character is sent back to their home with no recollection of ever being on the island. And if someone else should pick the same character up later, no one on the island should remember them ever being there either. - This will cut the “I don’t know if I could ever live up to that person’s *character name here*, because so much happened with them!” insecurity down, and encourage the play for new people. The character(s) that find the missing person will get one thing they wish for, be it big or small. The only thing that will NOT be granted, is to go home.Voting will be screened. No one, save the mod(s) will know who is to be kidnapped until its time to cut the polls and reveal who it is.Each RPer is in charge of their clues, and where their character is located in the game. They must post the clue’s on their journal without giving their location completely away. (Mind you, this could be anywhere on the island, just use your imagination.)The island is pretty big; considering there’s an inactive volcano, fresh water pond with a waterfall looming overhead. Mountains, wildlife, a boat dock with a tiny four person boat, ancient ruins, and of course the beach. The house has a pool, work out room, recreation room with video games and satellite tv, tennis and baseball courts, bowling alley, and pool hall. The whole place is designed to make people want to stay. And lastly: No one knows who kidnapped them. There can be speculations, but really it was people wearing all black and moving stealthily. They’re the same people who run the show, and use camera’s to spy on everyone to see nothing is amiss. |

| - Keep the drama for yo mama; No fighting OOCly. If you have a problem take it up with a mod or talk it out like adults. Internet drama isn't worth getting your panties in a bunch over.- Respect everyone in the game. When respect is gone ooc problems start happening, then the drama llama comes and the mod has to kick everyone's butts. Not a fun thing at all for everyone. So please, respect everyone.- No Godmoding or power play. This includes crossing the ooc/ic boarder. Don't use what knowledge you know for in-character. - Be OPENMINDED. There will more than likely be yaoi relationships going on, seeing as the cast is mostly comprised of males and there are a lot of rabid fangirls. - Don't push your OTP's on other players. Nothing feels worse than peer pressure, and we all love the freedom to do what we please.- There may be content that is not suitable for anyone under the age of 15. If you get corrupted or mentally damaged from smut or language, don't blame us. We warned you!- There is a character limit of THREE per player. If you’re good and you show you can handle the three you have without problem, you can apply for one more. - No spur RP’s. Please. They are annoying and make one feel like they must RP. Ask first. (Don't know what a Spur RP is? They’re when you IM someone and you’re already in character. No one likes to be unprepared before an RP. Catches us off guard, and makes us stumble for a reaction.)- Try to stay in character as best you can. - Write in proper English. tYpINg liK3 thIs is irritating, and takes longer to read.- Post in the OOC journal when going on hiatus. As long as it doesn't exceed a month your character will be held for you until you return. - Have fun! Prince of Tennis is one of the crackiest anime out there… its designed so people have fun with the characters.-All logs should be posted under a cut and rated. If it's above pg-13 friends lock it. -We don't expect that everyone be skilled writers and RPers, but at least know the jist... and if you don't know something don't be afraid to ask. Hopefully you weren't turned away by the seriousness of this information section... This community was made to have people be able to play seriously (if they choose to) with the possibility of crack and not have it completely about making the most out of crack.
