Several members of the Overton Mustang baseball team have been recognized by District 19-2A coaches with All-District selections following an outstanding season that saw the Mustangs advance to the regional semifinals and finish as regional finalists.
Leading the list of honorees is Landon Hill, who was named District 19-2A Pitcher of the Year after a standout season on the mound. Hill’s performance played a key role in Overton’s deep playoff run and success throughout the year.
The Mustangs also placed four players on the All-District First Team. Brody Brown earned First Team Infield honors, while Rylan Holleman was selected as the First Team Catcher. Wyatt Mosley received recognition as a First Team Utility player, highlighting his versatility and contributions across multiple positions.
Three Overton players were named to the All-District Second Team Infield, including Brooks Davis and Nolan Hill. In the outfield, Ethan Smith and Gabe Miller were both selected to the Second Team All-District squad.
Additionally, Kash Holleman received Honorable Mention recognition for his efforts during the season.
The honors reflect a successful year for the Mustangs, who captured a regional semifinal championship and advanced to the regional finals, showcasing one of the program’s strongest postseason runs in recent years.
