HiI'm just wondering where everyone is from and how you discovered the Notwist and/or Lali Puna, Console, 13 % God, Ms. John Soda.I will lead.I was lying in bed with my then girlfriend listening to the CBC's Brave New Waves and they aired a concert from Vancouver. Let me tell you.. hearing that changed my life.

[ mood \| badass ] hi! i'm new here, and today i had the most incredible luck. i read the pitchfork article referenced in the previous post when i joined this afternoon, and noticed that the 13+god LP featuring members of the notwist was released today. (!) tonight, i'm wandering around urban outfitters, and i hear a voice i recognize. for a few seconds, i can't place it. and then i realize that it's markus acher and positively explode with excitement.so. if you want to hear the new collaborative album, urban outfitters at the houston galleria is currently playing it. i attacked a manager to find out where to buy the album, and she suggested a music store i'm apparently just not indie enough to know about. fortunately, it's available online from anticon's website and maybe if i cross my fingers overnight, it'll be at best buy. maybe.the song i heard was incredible, as expected. i can't wait to get my greedy hands on the whole album.

Okay... this isn't Notwist related, but since it's pretty quiet here at the moment, and since I'm looking for a way to reach as many people as possible...Ladies and gentlemen...For some time I've been ranting on about a little project I'm working on. Finally, all of the technology has decided to work together at the same time and I'm very proud to launchbroadcast:)HAPPYThis is the first stage of my research into what I hope will be one of my final year TV Production films. Please, take time out to view the site and most importantly fill in the survey. And please, tell everyone you know about this, get them to fill it in too. The more people that know, the wider response I can get.

Hi, I recently stumbled upon this community. I've been a fan of The Notwist for about a year now when I found Neon Golden in a record shop in Sheffield. I bought the album dispite having never heard anything by them before. I guess the cover just screamed out to me.Anyway, I just wanted to say hi, and keep up with the news really. By the looks of it by being British I'm in a minority here. Be nice to chat with some other folks with impeccable taste in music.Exx

I just really want to hear some more. I tried downloading some stuff from kazzalite and soulseek but im not getting much. if i do its insanely slow. I have cable internet too so anyone who wants to send me some that woul be great.comment if you can send me some songs.. it would be greatly appreciated!my aim is wasteofpaint01.

I really like The Notwist and I am a fan of Ms. John Soda as well, very exciting to see an entire community dedicated to it! :) I recently was introduced to The Notwist and the only album i'm really familiar with is neon golden. But after several bus-breakdowns our bus completely died shortly after Toronto and didn`t move any further. There was no chance getting us and our tour equipment to Chicago in the right time out of nowhere on a Sunday. It's a nightmare. But after several bus-breakdowns our bus completely died shortly after Toronto and didn`t move any further. hey guys.i've got a question about the tour dates. i hear-tell there's only one show at Slim's in SF, and it's the Monday the 16th show. someone wanna look into this?also, it would really help me out if i could arrange a ride to the South Bay after that show. i'm spending the weekend in Davis witha friend and we're planning on going to the show Monday evening, but i've got school in San Jose the next day. anyone from down there going up there for the rock and roll? if so, wanna help out a fellow nice guy? it would save me train fare.
