They are mainly used to decelerate or stop a vehicle from an initial speed to required speed. Braking is a process of reducing the kinetic energy of wheel by the application of mechanical force, reduction of kinetic energy is accompanied by the generation of heat energy on the surface of the rotor disc. This excessive thermal loading can result in surface cracking and high wear of brake contact surfaces, these can also lead to overheating of brake fluid, seals and other components. The main task of reducing the surfaces temperature of brake rotor can be achieved by a few modifications in design by using vents in the rotor disc. A detailed study of structural and thermal analysis for the modified disc rotors such as solid, vented and vented with cross-drilled disc rotors is presented in this paper. The design carried out using CATIA V5 and the analysis is done by using ANSYS WORKBENCH 16.2 Software's. Finally, the required profile and material which has less thermal stresses and structural deformation is observed by comparing the obtained results in the analysis. Key Terms-Braking system, Disc Brake, Thermal and Structural Analysis, CATIA V5, ANSYS WORKBENCH 16.2.

When he starts to school, he also seeks to obtain the same feeling of attachment from his teachers. As the teacher feels a sense of his own children in his students so he also develops an attitude of attachment towards his students during the course of teaching program. This relationship of attachment of emotions between the teachers and their students affects the cognitive and non-cognitive characteristics of students at the early stage of their development. This attachment helps the young students to obtain a secure learning experience. The adequate experiences of this attachment can lead to the achievement of skills in the students resulting in the development of cognitive characteristics of students. The present study deals with the influence of the emotional attachment among the students and their teachers on the schools readiness, development of learning habits and their so...

The effective role of private universities in the attainment of higher education mission in India cannot be overemphasized. The burden of higher education on the Government has been reduced by the entry of private universities. The private universities have made a great contribution in the production of well-disciplined and also highly ethical students in undergraduate as well as post graduate levels. The present study has revealed that the private universities have an outstanding capability for providing the uninterrupted academic teachings throughout the calendar year. These universities have greatly reduced the financial burden of government institutions and state governmentsas well as are producing highly talented and disciplined youth for both public and private sectors. Thus the privatization of higher education has directly influenced the economy of state. In consideration of problems faced by private universities, the study has emphasized on financial issues which are the higher cost paid on training to develop effective faculty, problems in retaining qualified faculties, lack of resourced for the arrangement of laboratory materials and equipments and infrastructure. The problems of arrangement of well-equipped libraries also exist due to the lack of adequate funding.

It has truly been said that only a philosopher can give practical form to education. Education depends on philosophy for its guidance, while philosophy depends on education for its own formulation. Teaching methods are very interested in the philosophy of education. Philosophical systems of education govern the teacher's attitude towards the teaching method. This book intends to understand the close relationship between philosophy and education and their significance in modern times. The book aims to present Western "isms" of philosophy and Indian philosophy of education. This book is written in plain language and a polished style, it is expected to serve as an ideal textbook on the subject. It will prove indispensable for Education students and teachers. The question bank at the end of the chapter is an added benefit provided to students that will prove useful for exam preparation. Even general readers will find this book worth reading.

In present time, most of the students are worried and most of the time confused with their career decisions. The simple reason is lack of knowledge of current trends and developments, available streams, unable to know their abilities. I have observed personally that students who are good in academics may be a topper in their respective classes, but when the matter comes to a career decision, they are often failed to take the right decision. In the current trend, guidance and counselling are very much required for school/college going students to identify their strengths, weakness and at the same time work on their strength and area of interest to do wonders in the future. This book is a ray of hope for such people who are not just students of education but others too seeking guidance and counselling. Any suggestions for the improvement of this book will be gratefully accepted.

Special plans have to be made for their education, to ensure that their optimal development is promoted. Parents and teachers have to make special efforts to teach these children how to speak, to move, to make friends, and to acquire and teach the skills and concepts that the normal child instinctively acquires during development. These children have certain requirements that are different from the needs of most children, that is, they have some special needs. It's not necessary that in spite of clearly visible variation in some areas, special children being in many ways similar to normal children of their age.It is hoped that this book would meet the requirements of not only the students of education, but also all those who are interested in the special Education for Children with Special Needs.
