I am making this announcement to report that Leoben Conoy and Rorschach have been apprehended by agents of A.R.M.O.R. and are currently being held in the base brig. Leoben is responsible for assaulting Solidus Snake and the abduction of Hera Agathon. Rorschach attempted to murder Leoben after he was in the custody of A.R.M.O.R. and assaulted Captain Kirk. Hera is safe and the victims were not seriously harmed. The fate of Leoben and Rorschach is still being determined, but for the foreseeable future they will be confined to the brig. Visitors will be permitted under guard.
