i am advocating a day without starbucks. i know. sounds horrid. but it's for a good cause.
a dollar. five dollars. anything would help. i guess this is kind of poignant for me because i have a dearly loved friend who fought so hard to bring his first baby girl home safe and healthy. :::hugs J::::
so... if you can help with the adoption fee from the orphanage, they'd appreciate it. there IS a drawing. be sure to enter the drawing for one of the prizes.

Morrigan Books can now announce that it is to continue the successful series of Detective Inspector Chen novels, written by Philip K. Dick Award nominee, Liz Williams.
The first four novels: Snake Agent (2005), The Demon and the City (2006), Precious Dragon (2007) and The Shadow Pavilion (2009) will be followed by two more titles, scheduled for this year and next.
Iron Khan, is due for release this December and Morningstar will be published 2011.
The covers for both books are to be designed by award winning artist: Stephanie Pui-Mun Law.
We are extremely excited by Liz Williams' choice to continue the series with Morrigan Books, and see this as a confirmation of the high standard we are setting in the independent press industry.

Requiems for the Departed Irish Crime, Irish Myths.
It has been said before, that every story has already been told.
Maybe so. But if you’ve got the gift of the gab, you can tell the same tale as often as you like and still give it a life of its own every time.
Requiems for the Departed flaunts that gift seventeen times over with top shelf stories from Ken Bruen, Maxim Jakubowski, Stuart Neville, Brian McGilloway, Adrian McKinty, Sam Millar, John Grant, Dave Hutchinson, and many more.
The children of Conchobar are back to their old mischievous ways, ancient Celtic royalty, druids and banshees are set loose in the new Irish underbelly with murder and mayhem on their minds.

For the record, jgraeme2007 is quite of the silly....
However, he's a fantastic writer. If you have not read his adrien english series or any of his other books, you are missing out on an incredible writer. Seriously, go grab the books or the PDFs. Send them to your kindle, reader or nook. or read them on your PC. Just read them. Incredible mysteries and well-rounded characters.
