Awesome in the Making (original) (raw)
Ray is giving compliments, Chris is giving advice.
Man, I haven't drawn this duo of as(s)tronomers in a while. I haven't drawn Trivially True in a while. The thesis is completely messing with my life! D:
Current Mood: depressed
I wanted to catch up on the last two weeks' WotWs but my numerous projects (especially my thesis) keep eating my time so -
Keener thinks the scientific community practically owes him a Nobel in mathematics, physics or at least economics. They just don't comprehend the level of his awesomeness.
Current Mood: sleepy
HEY LOOK
I FINISHED
SOMETHING
OMG
LIKE WTF
ok done
I thought I'd be all cool and start this, like, last Thursday, and actually do something nice for once, but nooooooo it was too good to be true and I JUST finished it and it's still rough asdafdsg
I spent like, 5 hours on the face versus 30 mins on the necklace which was the whole point of this painting. OTL I am ridiculous.

YEEEEEAH GAB I'M STEALING YOUR IDEA
A brilliant way to shower my boyfriend with looooove without spending much money and being creative yaaaay! OTL" .. yeah, this was really fun though, would love to do it again! Calories and sugar mmmmmm awesome.
In the process of decoration.. or pigging out on frosting
All done! At, like, midnight hahah, I wish I had taken more pics, but they include a(n uglyass) pokeball, a pikachu face, a triforce, a thong (long story), and a really cheesy cutesy heartsy one. Some on the tray were made by Gab and Caro. Some were for my class at college, and parents, but they mostly consisted of slapping on frosting and then throwing around some sprinkles because I was tired. : D

Meet Mister Leaf. He wants you to pick him up.
Pick him up, geddit? :D
The objects I used ended up sort of significant (while I really just rummaged around my roof for something organic).
The striped desk of my table is sort of like life - it has light and dark parts (and you can hit your face on it hard).
The leaf is a biggest poplar leaf I've ever seen, I picked it up on literally one of the worst (but also remarkable) days of my life.
The glass stone was picked up in the yard of the hospital which I'm required to attend and hate. It was a pretty bad day too but I picked up that thingy and carried it around with me the whole summer.
The chestnuts are just chestnuts that stuck around (I like picking them up when it's the season for them but I usually throw them away) and sunflower seeds are one of my mom's favorite snacks.
No sunflower seeds were harmed in the making of this project.
This isn't terribly artistic, I'm afraid. But it was fun! I should do this more often. We should do this more often!

Heeeeere's mine! Page 1 of a 4-page mini project thing I imposed upon myself (because I feel like actually FINISHING a comic, something I've never done before). So here:
Kind of a short story of how two of my OCs met, way before they meet again in the storyline. No dialogue because I am awesome (lazy). I started drawing the second page (I have the 4 planned out in super rough sketches), but am nowhere near done, seriously, days do not have enough hours in them gaaaaaahhh
Also, originally these colors were just there to pick out the lighting/shadows, but I decided it looked nicer than with colors.

I HAVE UNLEASHED THE DESU
Yeah... so a magical girl transformation in a super shoujo-anime style. : D .... this was quite the challenge to draw actually. I wish I hadn't put it off until today...

So this what I came up with recently...
I'm fascinated with these fences that go near the waters because I've never seen anything like that where I live. Also this is the kind of stuff I spew out when I'm tired/stressed/can't sleep. Trying to take the advantage of the patterns before they escape.
And since I was at it, I decided to finally attempt at drawing ERF exterior. It's still better in my head but this is as close I managed to get so far -
My inspirations are Van Gogh and those trippy backgrounds of the cartoons back in the 90-ies.
In the conclusion, have some creepypasta.
Another visual interpretation of aliens in my story. Heavily abusing urban myths.
Critique awaaaaaaay, guys!

I decided to draw something cheerful so this is what I have for you today:
THE BIGGEST TEMPTATION OF THEM ALL
