I am searching for a full time work in NGO in China, preferably in organization which works with Tibetan communities.
I found two good and promising organizations: http://www.asia-ngo.org/ and http://trace.org/
Has anybody here worked for them?

Does anybody know any other NGOs in China, where I can try to apply for a full time work.

I am Russian, Buddhist, living in China mainland. I speak fluent Chinese and beginner level of Tibetan.
At the present time I am working for the international business consulting company in Beijing, but find this work quite meaningless. It's like i am working there with no any interest and only for supplying myself with food and accomodation.
I want to work for charity, get closer to people who need help. Due to I dont have spare money to start helping others or to apply for any short-term volonteer projects (all projects I found in China are leading by one own expenses), I am ready to offer all my time, energy and knowledge for working at any position in a charity organization.

Please, help me to get involved to charity.
