Arienai is currently releasing higher quality DVD rips of TLB to replace the TV raws seen in the original release. It should 'tide' over fans pining for episode 13 and for those that have yet to see it you've got a very good reason to.
It should prove interesting considering how high quality the original raws were to begin with.
