THOMASVILLE — Thomasville City Schools has announced the resignation of Bryson Daniels, Principal of Thomasville High School, as he has accepted a leadership opportunity with the Turner County School System, where he previously served as Assistant Principal and Athletic Director.

Daniels’ decision reflects a personal desire to return to a community where he previously served while also allowing him to be closer to home.

“We appreciate Mr. Daniels’ service to Thomasville High School and thank him for his leadership during his time with our district,” said Superintendent Dr. Scott Sweeting. “We wish him continued success in this next chapter and thank him for his dedication to our students, staff, and families.”

During his time at Thomasville High School, Daniels worked alongside students, staff, and families to support the school’s mission and continued growth. Thomasville City Schools appreciates his contributions and the relationships he built throughout the Bulldog community.

The district has begun the process of identifying the next leader for Thomasville High School and remains committed to supporting students, staff, and families during this transition.
