Further discussing Samay's nasty language, Bharti stated, "If you don't like the language he uses, millions of people watch it. We are among those who have seen Samay Raina's video."
However, in an interview, Bharti stated that she was embarrassed by the number of crude jokes spoken on that occasion. While Bharti sat quietly, her husband Haarsh participated enthusiastically. She was likewise astonished to see that side of Haarsh.

In a recent episode of "India's Got Latent," Allahbadia appeared as a guest judge and asked a contestant an inappropriate question. This remark led to significant backlash, resulting in a police complaint against Allahbadia for promoting obscenity. The complaint was filed with the Mumbai Police Commissioner and the National Commission for Women. Subsequently, the Mumbai Police initiated an inquiry and registered an FIR against Allahbadia and others involved.

In the aftermath, Rakhi took to social media to defend fellow judge Ranveer Allahbadia, who faced backlash for making a lewd comment during the show. She expressed her support for him amidst the criticism. The controversy intensified when the Maharashtra Cyber Cell registered a case against approximately 30 to 40 individuals associated with the show, including Rakhi Sawant and actor Siddhant Chaturvedi. They have been summoned for questioning regarding objectionable content aired during the episodes.
