[ mood** \| bouncy ] Okay, so I'm a new member here, and I really only joined for one reason--I did a photoshop painting of this wonderful-amazing~~-super-mega-foxy-awesome-hot~~ actor for his birthday (which you should know was yesterday--22!) and I don't think he, or really anyone, has seen it. That's frankly kind of sad, because I happen to think it's the best digital work I've ever completed. So I'm coming here for some hits, if that's okay. I got feedback on my icons in that recent icon makers' meme, and it turns out that most of you didn't exactly like the coloring on my icons? I wish someone had told me sooner! ^^;; But anyway, I've been toying around with Photoshop and finally figured out another coloring technique which I actually like better than the last one I got obsessed with. As with any new coloring technique, I've got mostly textless icons this batch, and if it turns out yall like the icons, I'll try to get more and more creative with them! Yes, me again I know! ;DHey everyone!I just wanted to tell you that voting for Forbidden Desires closes tomorrow and not on Saturday! So, if you haven't voted for your favourite Harry/Draco fanfic or fanart, I suggest you do so now. The voting closes on Friday, May 5th 2006 12:00 a.m. EST. You've all had a month to vote for your favourite fics and fanart! I'll be posting again tomorrow just to officially say that voting has closed. If you haven't voted and you're planning on doing so please keep the following in mind:That you've read the rules and the guidelines! I cannot stress this enough, I've deleted 25 votes because people do not care to read the rules and the guidelines!You vote in at least five categories for fics and four categories for fanart.When I ask if you've read the guidelines, you respond with the correct term.Also, before I forget: *If anyone is good with graphics (banners, icons, etc.) and you have not* been nominated, would you mind lending your graphic skills over to me?** blushes I find that I'm completely horrible with graphics, I'm still in the process of .. erm .. learning. squeaks :D I'd be extremely grateful to you if you do decide to volunteer.
