Unused accounts are no longer acceptable to request membership. If you have no intention of using livejournal other then to add communities to take others uploads, you will not be granted membership. Simple rule, if you don't follow you won't have your request granted. If you are going to create an account it should be used, daily and regularly; otherwise why bother making an account. Don't make us mods have to babysit you more then we already have to.
This applies to anyone wanting to have new membership access, obviously if you are already added then you have passed the screening.

Some months ago, I thought about doing one of those friending memes for this community. Then I thought I should do it on Valentine's Day, but as you probably noticed, I didn't. D: I just moved into my own apartment and I've had a lot to do lately, so it just slipped my mind. But it's not too long since Valentine's Day, so I figured I might just as well do it now.
I know, there's a lot of these going around livejournal all the time, but.. I find them nice every time. :D ♥
