Step into the cultural richness of the Tonkawa Tribal Powwow, our annual celebration! This year, themed "Year of the Warrior," it features diverse dance styles, contests, and our Traditional Tonkawa Scalp Dance. Modern activities like a Horseshoe tournament and a 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament add contemporary flair. A Chief Joseph Memorial Contest and a Veteran's Supper pay homage to history and modern warriors. Free primitive camping with some amenities is provided.
