We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of town, with beautiful views of the canal and just across from the bus station. The staff here are incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious and modern, with a huge, comfortable bed and all the amenities we could ask for, including a mini fridge and tea/coffee facilities.

We had a delightful family dinner at the upstairs restaurant. The location was convenient, with easy access to the nearby shopping centre. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the decor created a welcoming ambiance. Our meals were delicious, especially the mouth-watering desserts. The breakfast the following morning was fabulous, and the staff provided excellent service. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the attentive staff and tasty meals.

The cleanliness of the bedroom floor left something to be desired.

The location of this hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the shops and restaurants. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the city. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options to choose from, including fresh fruit and pastries.

The staff seemed overwhelmed and it took a long time to get any assistance. the waitstaff in the bar were not very friendly and I had to wait a long time to order food.

I recently stayed at the Canal Court hotel for my weekend getaway. The central location was perfect, and the hotel had a lovely atmosphere with friendly staff. As young holiday goers, we loved the spacious and bright rooms at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The leisure complex was a great addition, especially after completing a half marathon. The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, and the majority of the staff were helpful and kind.

The rooms were quite clean and the food was really good. I also loved the fact that the hotel was located near the city centre which made it very convenient to explore the area. the staff was friendly and always willing to assist with any requests.

The cleaning was done later in the day which made me wait to enjoy my room. the dinner service could have been better as it was slow and inadequate to cater to large groups.
