I had a one-night stay at Ramside Hall Hotel, Golf & Spa and it was absolutely delightful. The staff at the reception were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Despite a minor issue with my keycard, they quickly resolved it without any hassle.

The only downside was the breakfast experience. The service was poor and there was a lack of communication with the staff.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Durham for a relaxing getaway. The room was clean and spacious, with a large bed. The hotel grounds were well-maintained, and there were two convenient car parks. The pemberton carvery served delicious food, and there were three more restaurants to choose from. The spa facilities were excellent, and the staff were friendly. Our room was stunning, with a big TV, a lovely balcony, and a luxurious bathroom. We also enjoyed dining at the beautiful Thai restaurant.

Would recommend this hotel.

The rooms were nicely decorated and spacious. The breakfast selection was fantastic. The garden and grounds were well maintained with lovely seating areas for a romantic break. The carvery was excellent and the staff were very good. Having a piano player was a classy touch.

Felt cared for, no complaint.

The staff were superb, including the spa attendants/waiter/waitress. The room had a comfortable double bed, fluffy robes, and a bath. The venue had beautiful outdoor space and delicious food. The breakfast had lots of choice and was very tasty. The facilities were outstanding.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay. the spa facilities were top-notch, with a great pool and a relaxing atmosphere. the staff in the restaurant were friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We also enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and convenient location, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. Our room had a window that didn't close properly, but the staff tried their best to fix it.

We just had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, tucked away from the main road with a beautiful golf course nearby. The hotel had a variety of restaurants to choose from, providing excellent dining options. The service here was exceptional, with 24-hour room service and attentive housekeeping. We were also pleasantly surprised by the welcome drink we received upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We particularly loved the sitting area and terrace, which added a touch of luxury to our stay.

The only minor downside was that a few staff members were not as attentive as we would have liked. However, overall, the service provided by the rest of the staff more than made up for it.

The location was perfect for us and the spa and rooms were lovely. We stayed in the older part, which was a little dated in parts, but overall it was nice, comfortable, and clean. The bar staff in Fusion were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. The new premier room we stayed in was spacious and had luxurious fittings, a massive and gorgeous bathroom with a rain shower and standalone bath. The bedding was fabulous and the beds were wonderfully soft. We enjoyed a fantastic meal at the Rib Room, where the staff were attentive and the food was delicious. The snack we had at the new Fusion restaurant at the spa was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. The spa itself was fantastic and added to the overall wonderful experience. The staff in Fusion, the bar, and at the spa were all great. Corinna gave the best massage we have ever had, and we have visited many spas! If we had been offered a discount to use the spa upon leaving the hotel, we would have been enticed to stay longer. The room we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was wonderful. The experience was lovely, and even our granddaughter thinks we should live here!

I also appreciated the in-room amenities such as the ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and mini-bar. The staff really made me feel welcome and took care of all my needs, ensuring a memorable experience.

The only minor issue I encountered was when I witnessed a staff member spending a lengthy amount of time on his mobile phone. However, this small incident did not detract from the overall positive experience I had at this hotel.

Enjoyed spa, indoor pool, steam room, sauna. Situated near park, large comfortable room, nice en-suite. Previous stays didn't disappoint. Room size and breakfast were good. Nice evening meal. Slight issue with croissants.
