The value for money was worth it, as the room was fabulous and luxurious with nice touches like lavender pillow mist and bespoke chocolates. The location was great, right in Soho, and the staff were welcoming and treated us like VIPs.

Breakfast delights could be improved with a wider variety of options.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in London for a few days with my daughter. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and professional, offering us a free glass of champagne upon arrival. Our room had a lovely welcome note and a complimentary room spray. We enjoyed the amazing cocktails at Oscars bar and were impressed by the great staff and atmosphere. The hotel had a relaxed, quality atmosphere, perfect for girls on their own. The friendly bar and lovely lounge made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The reception and concierge were always attentive to our needs and even helped us organize reservations at local restaurants. The hotel staff were truly understanding and accommodating of my son's special needs, as he requires tube feeding. It was a relief to have such a positive experience and it made our stay so much easier. our stay at this hotel was an amazing experience, and we feel lucky to have had this opportunity.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more!

Ik had een fantastisch verblijf in dit hotel! De locatie was perfect, midden in het centrum van deze stad. Het treinstation was op loopafstand, wat super handig was. Gelukkig waren er veel restaurants in de buurt. Het personeel was ongelooflijk behulpzaam en vriendelijk, ondanks het tekort aan personeel. Ze deden er alles aan om iedereen tevreden te stellen. Het ontbijt was geweldig, er was genoeg keuze en alles was lekker. Gelukkig waren de faciliteiten van het hotel natuurlijk top, vooral het feit dat er parkeergelegenheid beschikbaar was. Over het algemeen was de schoonmaak van het hotel natuurlijk goed geregeld. Mijn verblijf kon echt niet beter!

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and thoughtful birthday treats provided by the staff at Charlotte Street Hotel. The champagne and muffin for my husband's birthday, along with the lovely touch of a welcome candle, made our stay extra special. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the theater district, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

The check-in process was quick and efficient thanks to Laura. The lobby's drawing room provided a cozy spot for reading and enjoying coffee. The room was spacious and comfortable, especially the bathroom with its invigorating shower. The breakfast at the lobby bar had a great variety of food. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. the staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. the hotel had a private cinema where we watched a romantic movie together.

Some of the staff had difficulty understanding English, leading to communication problems. the service at the bar was poor, with staff lacking knowledge and customer service skills.
