I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was top-notch, with well-maintained and spacious rooms. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the small pool, Jacuzzi, steam, and sauna rooms. I also enjoyed the spa, where I received an excellent massage from therapist Geraldine. The staff went above and beyond, providing friendly and helpful service throughout my stay. The location was perfect, situated in tranquil countryside and opposite a lovely restaurant. Plus, it was conveniently close to the country park and had good access to local tourist sites. It was great to have a choice of restaurants onsite.

Can't fault the property in any way.

Our recent city break was absolutely fantastic! the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we loved the spaciousness of the family room. the onsite restaurant provided delicious meals, and the service was impeccable. the breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety to choose from. We also appreciated the measures in place for guest safety during these times.

Although our overall stay was great, we did encounter a few minor issues. the swimming pool required us to wear swimming caps, which were an additional cost.

Special shoutout to Chloe in the spa and the friendly fellas in the bar who helped us make special arrangements for our graduation toast. The breakfast was exceptional and we enjoyed dining at the Coach Brassiere multiple times.

The leisure area may be relatively small for a 4-star hotel.

The changing room in the leisure centre was small and had no cubicles. the food in the restaurant was a bit disappointing, with microwaved vegetables and small portions.

Fast check-in, warm welcome, clean spacious room and bathroom. Safety deposit box, toiletries, fast room service. Good view from room. Friendly staff in O'Cahan's bar. Good knowledge of drinks. Excellent location with access to tourist sites. Staff friendly but constrained by lack of investment.
