the staff was always nice and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. Secondly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the buffet at the hotel was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. Lastly, the location was very convenient, as it was close to the concert held at the casino. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The room was clean and modern, with new furniture. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool with the waterfall and outdoor bar. The staff provided excellent service, especially around the pool area. The location was convenient, with easy access to a bigger casino and a concert held at the hotel.

My husband and I stayed at Choctaw Casino Hotel for our 50th wedding anniversary, and we were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received from Mandy at check-in. She left a lovely card and a chilled bottle of sparkling juice in our room, which was a thoughtful gesture. The room itself was nice, with great soundproofing that blocked out any noise from the neighbors or hallway. The comfortable bed and soft luxurious towels added to our overall pleasant stay.

The food at the resort's restaurants was delicious, especially at Chilis and the CHOP. We were also impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of our room, as well as the size of the bathroom. the staff were very personable and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. the small gift shop had some nice items, and we appreciated the great water pressure in the shower.

There were a few downsides to our stay. One of the main issues was the noisy neighbors on either side of us, who were disruptive and made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep.
