Timnah will be presenting about playing with bottom spaces, and how that can intersect with gender expectations, perceptions, and presentations. Leading with her own experiences of playing in different bottom spaces - gendered and not - Timnah will facilitate a discussion about bottoming and gender expression. If time allows, we may expand the discussion to include how switches and tops experience this as well. Swish goes the Cane Friday, November 14th, 2008 from 7:00 to 9:30 PM Femina Potens, 2199 Market Street (at Sanchez Street), San Francisco Canes can be a gentle sensory toy (really), a vicious form of punishment or just plain fun! Comes watch demos on various bodies and with various styles. Learn the basics in making, buying and using canes and best of all try out caning. A limited number of canes will be provided for use but if you have one please bring it. PARTICIPATION BY ALL IS ENCOURAGED. Workshop will be facilitated by theo, an ftm and former Pro-domme and fan of the canes for the past 15 years who will lead the workshop in techniques and creation of canes before opening it up for discussion and practice. Call for Bootblacks NYC!

	Hey all, Im helping a friend to get some bootblacks together to participate in NYLW (New York Leather Weekend).We still need some and Some More Bootblacks who are willing to donate their time and talents. Bootblacks will be working for tips!Bootblacking takes place on Saturday from 1-5 PM. If you work those 4 hours you will get a half comp to the event. If you are able to donate another 4 hours of volunteer time you will get a full comp.(event schedule is listed under the cut). There will also be bootblacking at the street fair on Sunday.Please let me know what you would like your hours to total up to, and let me know what your first choices (& etc) are.There's quite a few volunteers, so the earlier you respond, the better chance you have at getting the slot you want.Also, please note that there will be a volunteer orientation on October 4th for those that wish to attend. 	Not sure where else to post this so i figured i would post it here...I was working on some homework for my Mistress, sorting though all the pictures i had just taken and instead of deleting a mistake, i deleted all the pictures. Mistress is going to be pissed!, there were some great pictures in there too. 	Hi, I'm Jennie, I'm a 39yo MtF ts and have just started hormone therapy about 3 weeks ago.I've been into S&M for quite a while, and I've earned a reputation of being a pain slut. It's always been real easy for me to tap into my endorphines when being flogged, and I get into a very euphoric state and will often giggle when being hit.Well, about a week ago or so I went to the local dungeon with my girlfriend. We started to play and while she was flogging me I was not able to get into my usual euphoric state. Intead I just go annoyed and got up in the middle of the scene, started bitching at my gf that she was doing it wrong, then stormed off to go sit in a corner by myself.After like an hour I had calmed down and was talking with my girlfriend. We decided that we would try again and just start off real light. I didn't let myself get annoyed, but still the flogging did nothing for me and I ended up stopping the scene early.I was trying to think what was wrong. Then I thought it must be the hormones.So now I'm wondering if I'm not going to enjoy s&m anymore while on hormones, or if maybe it was something else other than hormones, and whether or not I will enjoy being flogged again in the future.Is there anyone here who has had a simular experience like mine?-Jennie
