According to recent security studies, the focus of security policy today is rather shifting from the protection against potential risks (such as military intervention, armed conflict and disinformation) in the traditional trajectory, to how to increase the overall resilience of the state and society. Therefore, findings initiated by Securitization theory scholars and Critical Security Studies and other critiques show that security strategy is now more concerned with boosting society's and the state's overall resilience than with protecting against the seemingly limitless variety of risks that could arise.
The responsibility of governments, corporations and the globalization of communities within the international system existing in an inter-changing landscape to better adapt to rapid changes within the security environment, has been a prerequisite for the practice of good governance, nation building and policy making throughout the past. It is also worth noting that planning and strategic policy building remains relevantly of pronounced significance today, and shall continue to be so for the near and long future ahead.
Today, it becomes increasingly essential to consider the impact of external environments on the scope of security risks which have expanded considerably over the past decade, to include other forms of security-building in the interest of constructing sound national policies. In addition to fostering support by adopting a forward looking mindset, and inventively becoming more inclusive of perceptions. The encompassing policies must take into account lessons learnt from gender-related policies, and practical peace-building case studies of local communities, by civil society and security actors from the tech and private sector in cyber platforms, which perspectives are increasing relevant for the preservation of organizational security, state resilience and social developments, with the purpose of maintaining the security of peoples and global communities.

The Middle East is considered to have been a unique case study to set out concrete theories of regional integration, in the sense that many experts, political analysts and academics find it challenging to forecast the future of a turbulent and highly dynamic political environment.
The main purpose of this research paper is to identify the links between regional integration and a wide range of possibilities by predicting future scenarios in the Middle East. This is conducted through research on social, economic and political spheres by pursuing national objectives in order to forecast the behavior or states; either collectively or individually, in the pursuit of a hypothetically purposeful and well-designed regional architecture.
The approach used throughout the research is an attempt to create an integrated regional system through the process of alignment of political and non-political objectives under a gradual process of Arab regionalism. Therefore, the process of enabling or hindering state development is looked upon in a regional lens, along the lines of security, economic, social and political dynamics that could potentially shape a new form of institutional vehicle for change, aspiring for greater security, vast human development and larger economic growth in the region, amongst numerous areas, actors and drivers to explore this geopolitical shift in the 21st century and the decades to follow.

Abstract
In fact, the need to study the performance of security organizations is essential in understanding the complex structure in which they operate in and their strategic partners, objectives, in order to reach a point of clarity/convergence on strengthening policy formation as a whole given the current political climate. This will eventually give way to further research being conducted in the field of security, for the purpose of evaluating decision-making mechanisms and to effectively utilize the existing structures and possibilities in the longer term. Eventually, this will be a greater advantage to government bodies by constructing policies which serve the national interest and the greater good of the Jordanian people in the long term.

There is a relative message to be further incentivized for the development, examination, and adaptation of current political policies, and structural economic social and development systems to enhance the overall regional decision making processes. The emphasis on providing this alternative regional perspective concept is to create strategies that may build greater resilience for those aspiring self-governing Arab states, on the path towards social and economic development for their respective modern day Arab nations. The purpose of my research paper is to establish a link between national, regional and economic security, with the need for enhanced policy-making mechanisms and establishment of competent institutions, so as to contribute in the process of security building and advancing of domestic and regional Arab societies. Taking into account historical context and existence of external actors, are milestone elements of consideration. There is a strong demonstration of critique theories of looking at the initial development of modern Arab states, and the main problematiqué: the democratic evolution of state institutions being heavily build on political power on their economic structures, ignoring some social and political aspects of national development. A constructivist view on globalization, nation building, inclusion, democratic processes and global governance, is presented throughout the paper, in hopes to shed light on some of the speculative rhetoric that applies to literature on Middle Eastern countries, and have a broader sense of contextualizing the challenges that tend to be commonly present to these countries in the region. Throughout the research, it becomes more clear that there is a need for reform for theoretical frameworks on liberalism, social class and domestic national interactions, as constructivist approach on the inclusion of other actors, and connecting both economic and social welfare to effective (or non-effective) governance. Apart from the need for economic growth by adopting models of governance that are able to react to potential challenges, given the vulnerable situation of many social and political economies existing till this day in many Arab nations.

As we look into the contemporary structures of many existing security agendas within policy making circles, there is a general consensus that reformation is needed, in many ways. Since many changes or influxes within the security environment may shift instantly with the rise of evolving security threats, including those which have a transnational character, are prone to exist in a modernizing global world.
Central to this approach is the perception of security as priorities most often vary from one state, or party to another. The holistic vision of protecting the security of populations lends itself to a variety of interpretations shaped by the relative understandings of what constitutes a threat to the security of an individual, per say. This leads us to question how the intensity and repercussions of any given threat may be measured, and by which means we may eliminate or prevent it. Understanding and effectively analyzing current security trends in relation to human security and human welfare are key issues for upcoming security threats in the future, as must be the main consideration when looking at policy making mechanisms.
Often such threats have historically proven to have a tendency to affect people regardless of the region, or context reminding us that each and every individual, is to some extent at least, vulnerable to a single form of insecurity. The extent to which they are affected or the probability which they may be, in respect to insecurity is a whole study by itself.
