The study analyses trends, theories, settings, constructions, research methods, and findings based on Keynes’ “confidence theory”, the absolute income hypothesis, and the human development index. Using the Theory, Constructs, Characteristics, and Methodology (TCCM) framework, the paper offers a Systematic Literature Review of 67 scholarly research papers with fifty or more citations published between 2000 and 2021 in EBSCO, Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar databases. The study advocates that a Cold Chain must be considered with the intervention of contract farming, government, cooperative or farmer-producer organisations to reap maximum benefits from horticultural production during the off-and-on seasons rather than selling to opportunistic intermediaries. The study also has important implications for future researchers and policy-makers but, most importantly, offers motivation ...

The study aims to evaluate the government policy implementation in tackling the global pandemic and framing universal policies for responsible governance. It also measures the impact of training interventions and non-training implications in containing the spread of COVID-19 at the grassroots level. Methods. The samples were drawn empirically from pathological tests conducted over 23 weeks to precisely examine the success of the State Government's approach in lowering COVID-19 mortality and spread. Through trend analysis, the outcome has been predicted. The study establishes a link between acknowledged ideas and government practices, providing insight into how relevant the implementation of planned state-craft programs is. Results. The findings indicated that government-imposed policies account for timely pandemic containment, and even a tiny developing state lacking advanced medical facilities and technology can set an example in combating the epidemic. gravid with immense potential that can offer inclusive and sustainable growth to the state’s economy
directly and indirectly. The industry went through a series of troubles ranging from insurgency
to ethnic clashes over the last six decades. Despite the challenges, the Tripura Tea Development
Corporation (TTDC) returned to the profit path in 2018. The marketing opportunities for the tea
gardens have been rudimentary, depriving the tea growers of their due recognition and better returns
on investments; however, TTDC’s Tripureswari brand of tea has successfully positioned itself with a
strong appeal and quick acceptance by the masses. The public distribution supply chain supported
by the co-operative societies helps reduce the shipment cost and ensures the availability of tea at
affordable prices for common people. The purpose of this study was to explore the nuances of the tea
industry in Tripura and to consider how re-engineering can turn this industry into a profit-making
public sector. To understand the turnaround strategy of this research, the authors have used a mixed
method approach where secondary data were collected, discussed, and gathered from interviews with
area experts. The findings of this research indicate that the state-owned Tripura Tea Development
Corporation Ltd. (TTDC) transformed itself through re-engineering the supply chain. Furthermore,
coupling with branding exercises has instilled confidence, even among the small tea growers, thereby
offering social security and inclusion. Further, TTDC has taken the socially excluded people under
its ambit through plantation activities using the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment
Guarantee Act (MGNREGA).

This paper's analysis and discussion are based on the research articles and data collected from the Scopus database from 2012 to July 2022. VOSviewer software is used to visualise desired results of the analysis. First, our study searched through the Scopus database for relevant papers. Filtering is done in step two by establishing be examined bibliographic criteria. Third, the bibliography data is saved in the required formats. Lastly, using the Zotero reference manager application, validate and complete the metadata for the articles. The fifth step is to use the VOSviewer program to do bibliometric analysis. Six analyses were looked into during these four stages: management education publishing trends, keywords, author-author cooperation, citation patterns, author-institutional collaboration, author-national collaboration, and abstract analysis were all examined. The descriptive findings revealed that, in terms of years, most articles were written in 2021. Arbaugh, j.b is the most productive author, and Copenhagen Business School is the most productive organisation/Institution; Journal of Mgmt. Edu. is the most prolific journal, and there are more journals published on this topic in the United States than anywhere else.

Conclusions. The temporal analysis is based on the inputs acquired from government publications and other sources, allowing us to assess policy initiatives that encompass training interventions and non-training implications as prioritised by the State Government. The paper shows that a good emergency preparedness and response system is needed to prevent huge losses in any sector. This includes the already-struggling health sector, which India needs to put first to avoid more tragedies.

Tourism has become increasingly dependent on social media and online platforms to gather travel-related information, purchase travel products, food, lodging, etc., and share views and experiences. The user-generated data helps companies make informed decisions through predictive and behavioural analytics.
Design/Methodology/Approach: This study uses text mining, deep learning, and machine learning techniques for data collection and sentiment analysis based on 117,151 online reviews of the customers posted on the TripAdvisor website from May 2004 to May 2019 from 197 hotels of five prominent budget hotel groups spread across India using Feedforward Neural Network along with Keras package and Softmax activation function.
Findings: The word-of-mouth turns into electronic word-of-mouth through
social networking sites, with easy access to information that enables customers to pick a budget hotel. We identified 20 widely used words that most customers use in their reviews, which can help managers optimise operational efficiency by boosting consumer acceptability, satisfaction, positive experiences, and overcoming negative consumer perceptions.
Practical Implications: The analysis of the review patterns is based on real-time data, which is helpful to understand the customer’s requirements, particularly for budget hotels.
Originality/Value: We analysed TripAdvisor reviews posted over the last 16
years, excluding the Corona period due to industry crises. The findings reverberate in consonance with the performance improvement theory, which states feedforward a neural network enhances organisational, process, and individual-level performance in the hospitality industry based on customer reviews.
