The RIAR:

decided to establish the TRUEAEDIA © = the true encyclopaedia:

The knowledge is one of the main people rights, and RIAR must defend it now and forever.
We think that the wikipedia lost its aims because people can not add articles free, this is the main mistake of wikipedia creators. Admins-moderators of wikipedia just delete users contributions. It's not right and allows corruption.

That is why the main principles of TRUEAEDIA © are:

no admins and moderators;
user can only add and edit only his own contribution.
no one can delete other user's contribution.

The RIAR looks for sponsors to create the TRUEAEDIA © on these justice principles and to maintain knowlege and bring it to people.

Знание -- одно из основных прав человека, РИПИ должен зашитить это право отныне и навсегда.
Мы считаем, что википедия утратила свою цель, т.к. люди не могут добавлять свободно в неё свои статьи, это основная ошибка википедии == анти-энциклопедии. Админы-модераторы википедии просто удаляют вклад пользователей. Это несправедливо и ведёт к коррупции.

нет админов и модераторов;
пользователь может только добавлять и редактировать свой вклад (статью или часть её).
никто не может удалять вклад другого пользователя.

РИПИ ищет спонсоров для создания TRUEAEDIA © на этих справедливых принципах и для поддержки знания для всего человечества.
