hi, i just recently found this community, and was wondering if you guys could help me out..
i run on the treadmill 3 days a week for 2.5 miles which usually takes me 30 minutes at a jog. now ive been reading some of the posts, and comments about how cardio is supposed to burn away the level of fat on your stomach. should i be increasing the amount of miles i do, or up the amount of days i run, to see more results?
