This is just a note to let us have an open comment thread - anyone have tips on how they're managing to avoid their normal "bad habits", or tips or ways to get all your exercise in.

Also, a reminder - post AWAY! This place could be hopping if we posted every day, and then we could all actively support each other rather than only hearing about how we've done over the past week.

I'll post a "CHALLENGE THREAD" on every weekend - I'll try every friday, but who knows - and if this place gets active enough, wednesdays too just to keep a comment thread up on the flist.
