I missed the beginning of the challenge that is running through the middle of June. And while it sounds good, I was wondering if anyone wanted to try some mini-challenges also? Maybe just a few days or a week? Maybe focused just on abs, or maybe abs and cardio?

Also, I think the idea of a new challenge every week is going to be awesome.
