I have a little mini - challenge!!!
For anyone out there.

Title: Crunches/Pushups/Situps
Description: Do as many crunches, pushups, or situps as you can daily - without endangering yourself, of course. Crunches are worth 5 points, Situps 10, and pushups have 2 categories: Girl (@ the knee) 10, Guy (Feet!) 15.
See how many points you can accumulate!
All you have to do is write in dry-erase marker on a mirror "C,S,P" and have tally marks next to them to keep count. Perhaps check in daily, or spring them all on everyone else unawares!
My personal goal is to hit 300.
