The successful fulfillment of military aviation activity directly depends on the person's professional formation in the process of getting education in military high school. Research conducted on the basis Military Institute of Air Defense Forces between 2012 and 2014. There were 120 participants from 17 to 22 years old. All subjects are males. Findings showed that most of participants showed domination of left hemisphere. In addition, method "Spatial Orientation Test" revealed interesting data on the "mirror" effect of perception among space cadets. 18% of responses were given in the "mirror" displaying, that is with turn on 180 °. As a result of our research we can conclude that the main professional qualities, in the opinion of the students, are formed by the students by the third year of training, which falls on the stage of professional growth. The most productive stage of military aviation specialist's professional development is the period of study on the senior courses.

feasibility and success of the developed core principles use in organization and planning of educational work used by
many teachers in the world. Among the modern scientific approaches used by different systems of secondary education, the most popular ones all around the world are based on constructivist theories (Hattie, 2009). Peypert S. is the
most well-known theorist of cognitive-constructive course. Peypert drew his attention to both two approachesbehaviorist and constructivist. Complex training involves the integration of material and includes interaction with
student’s personality as well. The analysis of the psychological and pedagogical literature helped to identify existing
modern ways in formation of a constructive model of elementary education. Nowadays Kazakhstan's educational
community actively accepts constructivist learning system through an understanding of its content, interpretation and
application in practice. In this paper we consider two methods of successful teaching put worth into practice in the
Republic of Kazakhstan and implementation of constructivist learning ideas. The first method is the effectiveness of
the teacher's activity, his in-activity, the nature and frequency of interaction with his students, where teacher activity
is aimed at determining compliance with student requirements. The second approach focuses on the process of teaching, which requires considerably more effort than a formal performance of professional duties. In our study we
selected 40 participants from Aktobe and Kostanay regions. Selection of participants was made on the following
criteria: age range - 30-39 and 40-50 years old with working experience over than 15 years; an elementary school
teacher; teachers of the humanities, teachers of natural sciences and exact sciences. To establish the effectiveness of
ongoing research pedagogical research methods have been applied such as analysis of school documents (summaries
of lessons, pupil’s notebooks, and class journal), survey of teachers and pupils, surveillance; interviews, etc.
Keywords: constructivist learning theory, teacher, teaching, technology, training method.

The emotional intelligence plays essential role in success of interpersonal communication and, as a result, in formation of interpersonal relations, including management activity as the leader. We made the assumption that as higher EI level is, than level of communicative, organizational skills and empathy is high during communicative process. We studied the understanding and management features of other person depending on level of emotional intelligence. The research findings showed that certain level of EI has impact on a level of communicative and organizational skills during communication. It has positive correlation between a level of EI and a level of communicative skills. Correctly developed emotional intelligence creates conditions for communicative and organizational skills formation. as higher EI development level is, than level of communicative, organizational skills and empathy is high during communicative process. The made assumption of interrelation of emotional intelligence with empathy was confirmed (degree of reliability 0.01).
