SUSANA NAVAS NAVARRO is Full Professor for Private Law at the Autonomous University of Barcelona and since 2022 Dean of the Faculty of Law. Her main fields of interests are very broad comprising matters as varied as Child Law, Copyright Law or European Private Law. In the last years she has devoted herself to the study of Digital Law. She has been involved in different research projects and was a key speaker in many Conferences and Workshops at European and National level. She has enjoyed of some research stays at European (i.e. Institut Suisse de droit comparé-Lausanne; Institute of Legal Advance Studies-London; Max-Planck Institut für ausländisches and internationales Privatrecht-Hamburg; Max-Planck-Institut für Innovation und Wettbewerb-Munich) and North American institutes and universities (i.e. Virginia Law School-Charlottesville, Berkeley Law School-San Francisco, Fordham Law School-New York) and has supervised several doctoral theses that have been published.
