It includes subfields such as developmental, social, clinical, and cognitive psychology, each offering unique insights into the human psyche. This science primarily focuses on mental processes such as perception, attention, memory, language, and problem-solving, providing an understanding of the mechanisms that drive human cognition and behavior. Psychology is intricately linked to education, as it helps optimize learning environments and instructional strategies. By delving into psychological principles that underpin effective teaching and learning, education can improve itself, addressing topics such as motivation, assessment, and instructional design. These sciences also explore how culture, environment, and social norms influence individual and collective behavior. Interdisciplinary associations between psychology and education facilitate the translation of research findings into practical applications, informing educational practices, policy decisions, and interventions to promote psychological well-being and cognitive development. These interventions can benefit the educational system, teachers, managers, and students, improving educational outcomes. The study, conducted using a qualitative method between April and August 2024, was based on sixty-five references and evaluated the role of cognition as a mediator between psychological patterns and individual behaviors. The subject, a 49-year-old vitality coach named Naomi, experienced severe fatigue, cognitive impairments, and persistent PTSD symptoms after her TIA, which were unresponsive to previous treatments, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Over three ReAttach therapy sessions, Naomi showed remarkable improvements in sensory processing, energy levels, cognitive functioning, and overall quality of life. Her PTSD symptoms decreased significantly, allowing her to resume her professional duties and daily activities with enhanced resilience. The results of this single case study suggest that ReAttach therapy may provide a crucial therapeutic link in treating complex patients with overlapping mental health and neurological conditions, offering a cost-effective and patient-friendly approach to restoring learning conditions in the brain and promoting personal growth. Further research is warranted to validate these findings and explore the broader applicability of ReAttach therapy in diverse clinical settings.

This paper examines various social psychology theories, including social cognition, individual identity, and social influences. The main goal is to gain insight into the human behavior and interactions by exploring social, psychological, and sociological theories. The study used a systematic review based on previous research over three months and analyzed 80 research papers, ultimately using 28 papers that mostly covered the aim of this study. The findings highlighted the importance of racial diversity in shaping contemporary race relations and emphasized the need for cohesive yet diverse communities. The analyses revealed that individuals' tendencies to self-serve inflate their traits' moral value, influencing others' self-perceptions and judgments. Innovative approaches such as agent-based modeling offered new perspectives on social dynamics, while identity emerged as a fluid construct shaped by socio-historical contexts. The ecological perspective provided valuable insights into the adaptive relationship between individuals and their environments. This review illuminates the crucial role of social psychology in understanding the complex interplay of individual behaviors, societal influences, and evolving identities. Throughout the paper, the discussion concerns the connection between theories and research and the application of findings to real-life situations. Hence, social psychology provides valuable insights into individual behavior and the social environment.

However, there is a lack of adequate information about nurses' engagement in healthcare organizations that are affected by various factors in the context of Health Psychology. Purpose: This study was aimed at investigating the association between leadership styles of supervisors and work engagement, and elucidating the role of organizational support in this relationship. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted on 85 nurses from the health organizations in Catalonia, Spain, recruited via a snowball procedure. Leadership styles and Three Outcome Scales (TOS) were evaluated through the Multifactorial Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) as independent variables. POS as an Organizational Support Test assessed a mediating variable (POS), and work engagement as a dependent variable was evaluated by the Utrecht Job Involvement Scale (UWES). Results: The results displayed differences in work engagement depending on job positions. Besides, the results revealed a positive association between leadership styles and TOS with work engagement, other than laissez-faire. Additionally, POS illustrated a positive association with work engagement (r=0.447, p<0.01). Leadership styles except for laissez-faire and TOS positively affect POS; also, TOS significantly predicted work engagement (β=0.581, t(78)=2.196, p<.05). Furthermore, results confirmed that POS mediates the relationship between leadership styles and TOS with work engagement (z=-3.490; z=3.117; z=3.521; z=3.791, p=0.000). Conclusion: Transformational and transactional leadership are two main styles significantly affecting nurses' engagement with their work, while laissez-faire decreases nurses' work engagement; therefore, supervisors and leaders of healthcare organizations should consider it. Consequently, nurses with a high POS show superior engagement levels at work. The research sheds new light on health psychology and the clinical area, particularly in nurses' work engagement.
