The purpose of this study is to reveal the important components and indicators in the online collaborative learning process as part of a vocational alignment program. This study uses a qualitative case study approach. The research model uses the Miles Huberman interactive model. The participants of this research are productive teachers, alumni, and instructors from industry. This research was conducted in Yogyakarta. Data analysis was carried out with the help of Atlas.ti software version 9. The validity of the data was using source triangulation. The results of this study are that there are main components that must exist in collaborative on-line learning, namely pedagogical learning environments, instructions, digital tools, apply methods, and development of critical thinking. Study Design: Using One-Shoot Case Study. Place and Duration of Study: Sample: A farmer group of 40 people in Polaman, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The time taken is 8 months. Methodology: The method used is training and mentoring of tilapia processing practices. Results: All members of farmer groups experienced improvements in skills, knowledge, production, new entrepreneurs, and products sold. Conclusion: This community service program can run well. The results of the programs given to KWT Sedyo Rahayu have a good opportunity to be used as material for the creation of a new independent business unit. Thus, it can trigger business independence, and economic independence for mothers, and generate better income.

The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. The research was conducted in MAN 2, Sragen, and MAN 2, Boyolali, Indonesia. The data analysis procedure used is Miles and Huberman with four procedures. Data analysis was carried out with the help of ATLAS.ti software version 8. Validity was carried out using data triangulation. The results of this study illustrate that the principal's role in school culture to improve school quality consists of role sets, attitudes and actions, personality characteristics, and control. The recommendations from this study are meant for principals at primary and secondary levels to help them improve the quality of their schools and create certain characteristics that are unique and superior compared to other schools.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemitraan orang tua dan sekolah dalam proses pembelajaran di rumah selama pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian dilakukan di SD Muhammadiyah Kadisoka. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah guru berjumlah 3 orang. Teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan wawancara terstruktur. Analisis data menggunakan model studi kasus Miles & Huberman dengan bantuan software Atlas.ti versi 8. The teacher as the main core of learning needs to improve the ability to be able to manage learning as intelligently as possible. Computational thinking is used as an integration of methods that need to be improved to develop learning through critical thinking and problem solving in students. This Community Service aims to utilize technology in using computers to improve thinking and change learning patterns. The method used in this community service is to provide training to PAUD teachers in Sleman. The results obtained were that PAUD teachers in Sleman had new experiences in operating and using computers to create more critical learning themes and increase knowledge in determining learning themes by applying computational thinking.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, teachers need managerial skills for the learning process to take place. The purpose of this study is to determine the management of learning arts and culture to improve student achievement during the Covid-19 pandemic. The study employed the qualitative approach to research. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the learning management that teachers need to do in Art and Culture is due to the characteristics, creation, communication, motivation, learning strategies, and discipline. The recommendations of this research can be used by teachers in developing culture and art learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. Hence, teachers will be able to provide learning to students, and students can attain improved skills and good learning outcomes.

The teacher as the main core of learning needs to improve the ability to be able to manage learning as intelligently as possible. Computational thinking is used as an integration of methods that need to be improved to develop learning through critical thinking and problem solving in students. This Community Service aims to utilize technology in using computers to improve thinking and change learning patterns. The method used in this community service is to provide training to PAUD teachers in Sleman. The results obtained were that PAUD teachers in Sleman had new experiences in operating and using computers to create more critical learning themes and increase knowledge in determining learning themes by applying computational thinking.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, teachers need managerial skills for the learning process to take place. The purpose of this study is to determine the management of learning arts and culture to improve student achievement during the Covid-19 pandemic. The study employed the qualitative approach to research. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the learning management that teachers need to do in Art and Culture is due to the characteristics, creation, communication, motivation, learning strategies, and discipline. The recommendations of this research can be used by teachers in developing culture and art learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. Hence, teachers will be able to provide learning to students, and students can attain improved skills and good learning outcomes.

Begitu juga dampak pandemi covid-19 yang masih dirasakan oleh sebagian besar siswa yang mengikuti distance learning. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah banyaknya gangguan yang dihadapi oleh para siswa di luar jadwal sekolah sehingga siswa membutuhkan self-management yang baik. This aims to be able to increase teacher self-awareness and critical thinking skills. This study aims to determine the application of teacher discipline. Research setting at SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Yogyakarta. The resource persons in this study were teachers. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. The research procedure used the Stake model, and data analysis assisted by Atlas.ti version 8. The results of this study indicate that there are several indicators in implementing timely presence policies for teachers to be able to improve character during covid-19, namely rules, role models of behavior, development. , attandance, and impact. The novelty of this study is a different indicator from previous research that can be used as a study material and a basis for teacher behavior to improve performance, work ethic, productivity, and the ability to always apply disciplined time in any activity.
