Real time control systems can be defined as a technology which is related to mechanical application, electronic, and computer-based systems. In general, the equipment that is often used for controlling speed system is Arduino Mega 2560, DC motor, motor driver IC L298N, speed sensor IC LM393, and voltage sensor. Software in the system I used Matlab Simulink to monitor and control the speed of dc motor will show real data, they are displayed in signal RPM and signal Voltage, Matlab Simulink is used program to let the operator operates the system well. This monitor and control system can improve the effectiveness and efficiency in various industrial fields.

The Long Term Evolution (LTE) network is a technology developed by the 3rd Generation Partnership... more The Long Term Evolution (LTE) network is a technology developed by the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) release 8. The capabilities that support downlink speeds of up to 100 Mbps and uplinks of up to 50 Mbps. There needs to be optimal planning before implementing LTE network technology due to the limitations of network development owned by the operator. Planning carried out includes coverage planning by choosing the appropriate are method, frequency and bandwidth. In LTE network technology, there are 2 divison duplex methods, Frequency Division Duplex (FDD) and Time Division Duplex (TDD). Frequency allocations commonly used in Indonesia are 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 2100 MHz and 2300 MHz.This final project is planning 1800 MHz frequency FDD LTE network with 20 MHz bandwidth in Denpasar City with forecasting the number of LTE subscribes in 2025. Planning simulation is using Atoll radio network planning software. The planning used the coverage planning method. The output generated from this plan is the number of sites needed to consider the Maximum Allowed Path Loss (MAPL). Some input parameters include population data, LTE user penetration, population trend in 2025, link budget calculation, and mapping required containing clutter class, earth contour, and population density to determine urban, suburban and rural areas. The results obtained from the planning of the coverage by calculating the link budget to get the required number of eNodeBs is 129 sites. Besides, using PCI results provide to can increase the average value Carrier to Interference Noise is 0.08 dB, increase the average value of throughput is 412,59 kbps, and decrease the BLER is 0,6 km2.

Combining Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) with Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM) based OFDM in Vi... more Combining Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) with Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM) based OFDM in Visible Light Communication (VLC) will reduce the complexity of signal processing and answer the challenge of VLC. This paper has successfully simulated single level and four level DWT based OFDM using 4-PAM for indoor VLC system with various wavelet. The result is investigated by comparing BER and PAPR of DWT-OFDM with FFT-OFDM using QPSK and 4-QAM and DCT-OFDM using 4-PAM. From the investigation, haar and db1 are the wavelet type with smallest BER. BER of DWT based OFDM is smaller than BER of FFT-OFDM and DCT-OFDM in various channel condition that is modelled in this research. For θ=0° and 10° BER of DWT-OFDM reach 10−3 at SNR 17dB and 18dB respectively, whereas FFT-OFDM reach 10−3 at SNR 23dB. On the other hand, BER of DCT-OFDM only reach minimum value at 10−2 with SNR 40dB. Four level DWT-OFDM reduce BER and PAPR. Its BER reach 10−3 at SNR 10dB. The low PAPR is achieved by four level DWT-OFDM using db1 (7.7753dB) and haar (7.7995dB) compared to FFT-OFDM with 4QAM (13.3420dB), QPSK (13.4430dB) and DCT-OFDM (13.2816dB). The detail investigation is explained in depth in this research.

Communication technology is one of the fields of interest today. Optical fiber communication (OFC... more Communication technology is one of the fields of interest today. Optical fiber communication (OFC) is the only answer to overcome the rapid increase in bandwidth requirements. The OFC system offers high speeds up to several gigabits per second and also a very high bandwidth. Optical fiber is very light and has the ability to transfer information in large quantities. Unfortunately, optical fiber transmission systems have effects that can increase fiber signals such as attenuation, dispersion and nonlinearity. Optical solitons that can replace dispersive effects offer a better solution to this problem. Soliton communication systems do not widen along links such as non-soliton communication systems. In this paper will discuss the differences in the performance of fibers with solitons and non-soliton fibers. The results obtained based on eye diagram analysis and bit error rate analysis, it can be seen that fiber systems with soli-tons have minimum distortion, and non-soliton fiber systems have noise in the system.

PAM is used to fulfil VLC requirement of real-positive signal processing without imaginary parts. The signal processing was created first in Simulink and synchronized with System Generator. The PAM system design created was then generated to FPGA using Vivado Design Suite. Variations of PAM including 4, 8 and 16-PAM are compared. The system are simulated with and without DC bias component. Observations are made upon the FPGA performance in running the system design, i.e. resource usage, power and time constraint. From the implementation result, the system design of VLC with 4 PAM without DC biased used less resources power and time constraintwith LUT < 0.005% and I/O Block < 2.3%, while 16 PAM with DC bias needs more resource

The Xilinx System Generator for DSP is a plug-in to Simulink that enables designers to develop high-performance. This paper will talk about design VLC using 4×4 Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) and 4 Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM) and using 8×8 Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) and 8 Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM) in Xilinx system generator This paper will test the performance with several experiments with indicators of SNR effect on SER, the effect of Eb / E0 on SER and the effect of a large amount of data on SER. Performance simulation results of the SNR effect on SER which shows that, the 4 PAM-DCT system is more resistant to noise compared to 8 PAM-DCT because system 4 PAM-DCT has fulfilled telecommunication standart that is SER under 0.003 when SNR is 12 dB while for system 8 PAM-DCT when SNR is 14 dB. The maximum number of data quantity that can be transmitted in OFDM Visible Light 4 and 8 PAM-DCT systems is under 700000. System 4 PAM-DCT produced PAPR of 5, which means that it is smaller than 8 PAM-DCT, which is 49.

The filter is formed by single mode fiber structure and 3 dB optical couplers. Mach Zehnder interferometer is basically used to measure relative phase shift between two collimated beams from a coherent light source caused by different length arm. Using this basic principle, the arm length differences are manipulated by cutting one of arms to analyze wavelength shift generated at the output. The experiment result shows the relationship tends to look logarithmic. It has some direct functions for practical fabrication of the filter.

This research proposed a developed system detection object (face and pattern) using LabVIEW software. LabVIEW is virtual instrument that mimics an instrument simulation software that can display object detectors in real time with IGUI design. The accuracy of the detection that can read object using IGUI in real time was also discussed. This research presents a face detection approach and pattern in a colorless image compare to pattern and face texture that are maintained by Image Capture. This is then used to identify faces and patterns, while other previous research on face detection using 3D stereo vision cameras.

SDR is a radio communication system where the components that have been typically implemented in hardware (mixers, filters, amplifiers, modulators/demodulators, detectors, etc.) are instead implemented by means of software on computer or embedded system supported by GNU Radio Companion and USRP. This research is designing the video transmission using based on Software Defined Radio using GNU Radio and USRP. Some hardware function is replaced by the software in GRC block in GNU Radio. USRP B200 is used to translate the signal to the exact radio frequency. In testing the video transmission, the parameters of the FFT length of OFDM, 128, 256, and 512 and with different type of modulation was tested. The video transmission with the best result was performed using 512 FFT lengths.

Tujuan utantanya adalah untuk menghindarkan terjadinya kesalahan yang lebih besar atau semakin meluas yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja proses atau mengakibatkan kerusakan pada plant. Metoda diagnosa dalam makalah ini dikembangkan pada suatu kelas sistem kejadian yang dimodelkan melalui Synchronization Graph berparameter warm Diagnosa didasarkan pada analisa waktu proses (sub proses). Pendeteksian kesalahan dilakukan dalam fungsi pemantauan terhadap sistem/proses keseluruhan. Melengkapi Synchronization Graph, aljabar Max-Plus digunakan dalam pemodelan berwaktu pada sistem kejadian diskrit. Selanjutnya diagnosa dilakukan berdasarkan model Max-Plus tersebut secara bersamaan dengan data waktu nyata dari proses / simulasi proses terkait. Keterdiagnosaan (diagnostability) kelas sistem ini ditelusuri pada suatu simulasi menggunakan suatu model proses.

Tulisan ini melaporkan penggunaan model petri net pada purwarupa alat destilasi etanol otomatis, menggunakan PLC sebagai pengendali utama. Model proses mencakup perangkat keras dan lunak. Sistem pengaturan yang dimodelkan bertujuan menjaga agar suhu dalam wadah pemanas berada dalam kisaran titik didih etanol yaitu 80 oC, serta pengamanan perangkat terutama terkait elemen pemanas. Pemodelan sistem pengaturan dikembangkan menggunakan petri net bebas, untuk implementasi pada PLC. A straightforward allotment of power in regard to fairness is used to differentiate the user access, while the modulation is performed using discrete cosine transform, pulse amplitude modulation and DC bias. The system performance is examined by the bit error rate on tapered condition of VLC channel. The uneven power allocation had shown distinctive performance, in compare with transmission of equally powered signals.

Optical solitons that can replace dispersive effects offer a better solution to this problem. Soliton communication systems do not widen along links such as non-soliton communication systems. In this paper will discuss the differences in the performance of fibers with solitons and non-soliton fibers. The results obtained based on eye diagram analysis and bit error rate analysis, it can be seen that fiber systems with soli-tons have minimum distortion, and non-soliton fiber systems have noise in the system.

PAM is used to fulfil VLC requirement of real-positive signal processing without imaginary parts. The signal processing was created first in Simulink and synchronized with System Generator. The PAM system design created was then generated to FPGA using Vivado Design Suite. Variations of PAM including 4, 8 and 16-PAM are compared. The system are simulated with and without DC bias component. Observations are made upon the FPGA performance in running the system design, i.e. resource usage, power and time constraint. From the implementation result, the system design of VLC with 4 PAM without DC biased used less resources power and time constraintwith LUT < 0.005% and I/O Block < 2.3%, while 16 PAM with DC bias needs more resource

This paper will talk about design VLC using 4×4 Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) and 4 Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM) and using 8×8 Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) and 8 Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM) in Xilinx system generator This paper will test the performance with several experiments with indicators of SNR effect on SER, the effect of Eb / E0 on SER and the effect of a large amount of data on SER. Performance simulation results of the SNR effect on SER which shows that, the 4 PAM-DCT system is more resistant to noise compared to 8 PAM-DCT because system 4 PAM-DCT has fulfilled telecommunication standart that is SER under 0.003 when SNR is 12 dB while for system 8 PAM-DCT when SNR is 14 dB. The maximum number of data quantity that can be transmitted in OFDM Visible Light 4 and 8 PAM-DCT systems is under 700000. System 4 PAM-DCT produced PAPR of 5, which means that it is smaller than 8 PAM-DCT, which is 49.

The filter is formed by single mode fiber structure and 3 dB optical couplers. Mach Zehnder interferometer is basically used to measure relative phase shift between two collimated beams from a coherent light source caused by different length arm. Using this basic principle, the arm length differences are manipulated by cutting one of arms to analyze wavelength shift generated at the output. The experiment result shows the relationship tends to look logarithmic. It has some direct functions for practical fabrication of the filter.

LabVIEW is virtual instrument that mimics an instrument simulation software that can display object detectors in real time with IGUI design. The accuracy of the detection that can read object using IGUI in real time was also discussed. This research presents a face detection approach and pattern in a colorless image compare to pattern and face texture that are maintained by Image Capture. This is then used to identify faces and patterns, while other previous research on face detection using 3D stereo vision cameras.

SDR is a radio communication system where the components that have been typically implemented in hardware (mixers, filters, amplifiers, modulators/demodulators, detectors, etc.) are instead implemented by means of software on computer or embedded system supported by GNU Radio Companion and USRP. This research is designing the video transmission using based on Software Defined Radio using GNU Radio and USRP. Some hardware function is replaced by the software in GRC block in GNU Radio. USRP B200 is used to translate the signal to the exact radio frequency. In testing the video transmission, the parameters of the FFT length of OFDM, 128, 256, and 512 and with different type of modulation was tested. The video transmission with the best result was performed using 512 FFT lengths.

Metoda diagnosa dalam makalah ini dikembangkan pada suatu kelas sistem kejadian yang dimodelkan melalui Synchronization Graph berparameter warm Diagnosa didasarkan pada analisa waktu proses (sub proses). Pendeteksian kesalahan dilakukan dalam fungsi pemantauan terhadap sistem/proses keseluruhan. Melengkapi Synchronization Graph, aljabar Max-Plus digunakan dalam pemodelan berwaktu pada sistem kejadian diskrit. Selanjutnya diagnosa dilakukan berdasarkan model Max-Plus tersebut secara bersamaan dengan data waktu nyata dari proses / simulasi proses terkait. Keterdiagnosaan (diagnostability) kelas sistem ini ditelusuri pada suatu simulasi menggunakan suatu model proses.
