There is hardly any concrete information about this subject in the scientific literature given that it is a new figure that emerged relatively few years ago and there is hardly any specific information available, but it is not less important to know it more thoroughly. Mediation works in different areas: education, family, health social services, etc. But in the labour field specifically, her function is very little known. It is for this reason that we analyse and reflect, from the perspective of the general data that we are given about mediation, the usefulness that can have mediation in conflicts between immigrant workers and entrepreneurs, and what is and should be the training of intercultural mediators in the labour market. In order to analyse the actions of the mediators in different associations or organizations we have interviewed small organizations as the Red Cross, in which they gave us very few relevant information. Numerical data about mediation are non-existent since there are no records of people who go to the mediators to resolve the conflicts they have, due to the principle of confidentiality. Because of that either there is hardly any statistical data about the people who are the most willing to resolve labour disputes that arise between employers and employees, specifically in conflicts that are related to the religion or culture of the employees.
