In same time, due to the explosive growth of high-data-rate applications, more and more energy is consumed in order to guarantee best quality of service, to improve road safety, to enhance security and to reduce congestion. However, owing to energy resources limitation and to meet economic and environmental reasons, significant emphasis was placed on energy efficiency communications. In this light, this paper will provide energy consumption model based on Combinatorial optimization multi-objectives, assignment problem and game theory.

In this paper, we develop two models of allocation for permanent, contract and temporary workers ... more In this paper, we develop two models of allocation for permanent, contract and temporary workers in government sector. Compare to existing allocation worker methods, this paper use linear programming approach to determine the optimal number of workers that should be hired. Study shows that the costs to hire contract and temporary workers compared to bring on permanent workers are same or just slightly less. However, in previous research, there is no particular way to determine the quota of workers' appointment and the current system fully depends on the available vacancies to hire worker. According to this situation, a lot of temporary and contract worker missed to be absorbed into permanent status due to competition with the future permanent worker. The study also took into account contract workers that been converted into permanent status when they are working more than certain period.

Researches in the fourth generation (4G) wireless network field also exploited this advanced theory to overcome long-term evolution (LTE) challenges such as resource allocation, which is one of the most important research topics. In fact, an efficient design of resource allocation schemes is the key to higher performance. However, the standard does not specify the optimization approach to execute the radio resource management and therefore it was left open for studies. This paper presents a survey of the existing game theory based solution for 4G-LTE radio resource allocation problem and its optimization.
