This study explores the intersections and divergences between the conceptions of time and space b... more This study explores the intersections and divergences between the conceptions of time and space by Immanuel Kant and Jean-Luc Marion. It analyzes how Kant defines these notions as pure a priori intuitions in the Critique of Pure Reason and how Marion reconsiders them in his proposal of the phenomenology of donation. The study highlights how Marion transforms the Kantian perspective, emphasizing the passivity of the “adonado” in the reception of phenomena and proposing an interactive dynamic between subject and phenomenon. The study suggests a synthesis of both approaches to understand time and space as co-constituted in a dialogue between call and response, expanding the generative capacity of subjects within a community.

In the article, ethical conflicts arising from the application of neurotechnologies in the human ... more In the article, ethical conflicts arising from the application of neurotechnologies in the human body were analyzed. Although these external devices were presented as potential solutions to certain pathologies, it was observed that they could also be used in healthy individuals and interfere with brain activity, thereby generating the main concern around neuro-rights. However, to carry out this investigation, the focus was on the mind-brain relationship and moral dilemmas. Finally, a connection was established between neuroscience and Derridean and Nancyan thought. This allowed for an understanding, from an interpretative reading of the French philosopher's thought, of the interpretation of writing as brain codes and the urgency of legislating neuro-rights in the face of a potentially dangerous future

This article aims to delve into Jean Luc Marion's proposal regarding the idol in relation to the ... more This article aims to delve into Jean Luc Marion's proposal regarding the idol in relation to the icon, and how it can contribute to artistic thought. To achieve this, we will examine the relationship between the idol and the various faces that attempt to present themselves as such, followed by an analysis of Christian thought on the icon. In this regard, we will delve into the Christian aesthetic proposal and explore the possibility of conceiving art as a posteriori, i.e., as something that emerges from an event, extending and making it more visible.

This work is part of the phenomenological proposal of Jean Luc Marion, considering the criticism ... more This work is part of the phenomenological proposal of Jean Luc Marion, considering the criticism that he makes of Husserl and Heidegger. After entering into the fundamentals of its phenomenological proposal, 'as much reduction, as much givenness', we will be able to get closer to understand the call that this generates and its phenomenalization through the response that piles up in our flesh. With what is proposed by Marion, we hope to find a possibility of approaching indications of the philosophical thought of Christ on the role of the third party and his testimony. The work focuses, therefore, on the traces left by the thought of Christ, which can be outlined starting from an escape from the Greek thought.
