This change will specifically positively affect my health and wellness. The reason why I want to make these changes is that I have realized that I take most of my time studying and walking for a short distance from class to my room and the dining hall. This lack of activities and physically fit can lead to depression and other health-related diseases. These changes are motivated by friends and classmates who have observed my increase in weight and body and made suggestions for better health and wellness practices. The steps I plan to take in changing are: rescheduling my class and study time to make time for evening exercises. Going to take my food and meals early enough, sorting and putting my sports clothes ready, and joining the physical and practical team for evening hours. The entire schedule will take place immediately I have enrolled for the next semester. The ways other people can help me are through encouragement and making my schedule work. I can get support from sport and games officials and classmates who have joined the physical and practical recreational teams and are performing well. I will know if the plan is working when my weight starts to reduce, and my body starts to be physically fit in terms of muscles and flexibility of jumping, jugging, bedding, and turn around. Other benefits that will occur to me are body flexibility, increase appetite and healthy life. Some things that could interfere with my plan are rains, more homework, emergency class schedules, and discouragements. I will work strictly against any form of discouragement and weather patterns while trying to compensate for time loss after completing my classes and homework. I will also do some indoor exercises and gym during rainy seasons and bad weather.

This book is written in the sense that from the introduction of computers studies to the end of the book, the beginning topic leads the student to the next topic and the next topic is more advance than the previous topic. The book highlights a few practical assignments and therefore it is the work of the guiding lecturer/teacher to give more assignment where need arises during the teaching sessions. Mostly, the guiding lecturer/teacher is expected to read out the notes for the student and the student is expected to take the dictations in his/her note book, and the notes will be used later in the typing practical assignment. When the teacher is guiding the student, the teacher will read as the student will follow the steps to perform an action using the computer mouse and the computer keyboard. This book divides the computer studies into six major sections and topics which are therefore designed to be computer packages as reflected in the certificate awarded to students at MPC. These notes are written from a practical view and logical where by the student is expected to use his/her name in the event they come across a person’s name. It is from religion that man knows their creator and the purpose of humanity. Religion gives specifications on ways to relate and coexist in the world. In an attempt to understand relationship and religion, let us go through the subtopics below.

Where does religion come in a relationship? Religion plays a significant role in the relationship. When referring to a relationship between man and woman, religions support this and authorizes a man to choose a woman and marry. Religion, especially Christianity, treats the relationship as the kind of relationship between Jesus, and the Church, and the Father (Ephesians 5:22-33).

What is a good husband and a good woman in a relationship? The kind of man to marry is a man who knows how to take care of the woman. A man who can protect the woman and the family in the time of need. A man that makes the woman feel safe and loved. The man is described as having love and affection, Godliness, loyalty and trust, confidence, and appreciation. James 1:19-20 shows that a man should be slow to anger, and quick to hear, and slow to speak or respond. Timothy 3:2 says that a man should have one wife, be respectable, sober, self-controlled, hospitable, and should be able to teach. The choice of the type of woman to marry is described in the Christian Bible. In Proverbs 31:10-31, the Lord said it is hard to find a good woman; a good woman is worth more than a diamond. The characteristics of a good woman to relate with are expounded in this verse further. The verse indicates that the perfect woman should be trustworthy, generous, and know how to do her house chores and shopping. A good woman should wake up in the morning, and organize her daily duties, take care of the children and help the poor. She should not be warred about the children's clothes when the rain comes as they had prepared for a long time ago.
