Design, Modelling and Fabrication of VAWT based unit for Condensation of Atmospheric Humidity, 2018
The project has been made to meet the increasing needs of power consumption in our country and to... more The project has been made to meet the increasing needs of power consumption in our country and to get rid of water and energy crisis. Our work is about generation of water from atmospheric humidity in a unique way by using a hybrid system with wind turbine naturally. The idea is to use air thrust of windy areas for rotating wind rotor to generate electric power and a fan to suck surrounding air and condense its humidity into water. The condensation of humidity to water is a geothermal heat exchanging phenomenon. As the field of interest is mainly about the suction and condensation of atmospheric humidity, so the geological facts and surveys information have been discussed for maximum output. Different softwares like SOLIDWORKS and ANSYS have been used for design analysis at the specially designed turbine blades and suction fan.
