Phosphogypsum is a solid byproduct of the production of phosphoric acid, a major constituent of many fertilizers that has chemical and radioactive properties may cause environmental problems. For every ton of phosphoric acid produced, approximately 5.0 tons of phosphogypsum are generated. This magnifies the problem of dealing with growing phosphogypsum stockpiles. The research program described herein, covered the physical characterization of phosphogypsum, and tests that uncovered the influence of cement type and content, curing time, and compaction energy on its unconfined compressive strength and expansion. The laboratory results indicate that cement-stabilized phosphogypsum mixtures have potential applications as road base and subbase materials.

THE ASSESSMENT OF URBAN MOBILITY FACILITIY IMPACTS FOR WORLD CUP OF 2014 FIFA IN CUIABA: The Case of the Mato Grosso Federal University Viaduct ABSTRACT The increase of vehicle fleet in recent years has been compromising the organization and flow of traffic in Brazilian cities. Factors such as government incentives to car ownership and the inefficiency of public transport have led people to opt for individual motorized transport, which has caused problems such as congestion, accidents and other traffic conflicts. In order to mitigate such problems, various infrastructure facilities were carried out, mostly prioritizing traditional urban mobility, which seeks to increase traffic speed. However, the sustainable urban mobility has as principles: speed reduction, promotion of reasonable travel times and accessibility to all users. The purpose of this article is to check the impact of urban mobility facilities regarding the 2014 World Cup preparation, which was held in the Metropolitan Region of Cuiaba / MT. The article focuses on sustainable urban mobility from the case study of the viaduct of the Federal University of Mato Grosso. The research is qualitative and exploratory and its data collection is consisted of documental research, observation of the construction, analysis of videos and images and interviews with two professional traffic planning experts. The results showed that the aspects of sustainable urban mobility were not observed in the construction of the viaduct at the Federal University of Mato Grosso, it was identified a lack of planning in the construction and in its surroundings. Other issues related to the lack of transparency regarding the use of funds for the execution and completion of the construction, and the lack of publication of structural design.

The behavior of this literature arouses increasing interest. Thus, the objective of this study was to analyze the scientific production on sustainable entrepreneurship, on Web of Science, from 2000 to 2016. The categories "Management" and "Business" and the filters "Articles" and "Review" were considered for the study. Thirty articles were identified as "corpus" of research and composed the intentional sample. The results indicate that 2010 and 2011 were the most productive years. Journal of Business Venturing, Impact Factor of 3,678, published seven articles, including the two most cited in this literature. The results allowed identifying, characterizing, report, and classifying this literature. Current and relevant, sustainable entrepreneurship is considered important for the Administration area of study.

In the megacity of São Paulo, we identified the crisis of urban mobility or urban immobility, which can bring physical and mental health problems, such as the commuter stress. This stress can be caused by frequent exposure to hours of congestion at homework home commuting. In the theoretical review, some studies on loss of macroeconomic productivity or loss of productivity of manual workers were found. Only evidence was found that the effects of traffic can affect the workplace of knowledge workers such as executives. The general objective of this thesis is to identify the effects of commuter stress on the executive productivity of a Brazilian megacity. The theoretical framework presents studies on the debilitating effects of stress, urban mobility problems in a Brazilian megacity, executive productivity and stress coping strategies. For this reason, we develope two articles for this present thesis: Article 1-Validation of the commuter stress scale, and Article 2-Model. In Article 1 we describe the results of a study that aimed to validate the commuter stress scale (proposed by Evans, Wener & Phillips, 2002), translated from English into Portuguese with semantical validation for the Brazilian context. According to Exploratory Factor Analysis, the scale studied was validated in Portuguese language. In Article 2 we describe the results of a study that aimed to: relate the effects of commuter stress to the performance of executives of a Brazilian megacity. In order to reach this goal, we used four scales in a quantitative research:
