This research proposes corporate communications and brand management model to the applicability o... more This research proposes corporate communications and brand management model to the applicability of experience design taking as a case study the company La Moda. The challenge to got the coveted brand values by the company really imbued on the brand image that the public has formed motivated the research, which added to reveal how much the experience design provides an opportunity to this goal be reached. Beyond this purpose, conceptualized some fundamentals that concern the cognitive process, human emotion, the design and branding in order to provide sustainability to the process of developing the proposed model. Appended to the research, verify the integration of design and services and the applicability of design experience within a brand management plan are foundations to support the proposed model, and continuously, identifying tools that assist the applicability. Thus, after defining the scope of the research, the theoretical foundation by literature review began, followed by development and resulting in the presentation of the organizational model for corporate communications applying experience design.
