Every household gets rice and egg in the equivalent of IDR 110,000 per month. In Kulon Progo Regency, the number of recipients amounted to around 53,000 households. Rice and eggs to be distributed should come from local farmers and breeders. The delivery is conducted by e-Warong, a community-owned small kiosk. However, the location of rice supplier and e-Warong have not been known. This paper aims to describe the mapping of these parties and analyze their spatial implication. The following geospatial data: administrative boundary, road network, and digital elevation model (DEM). List of recipients, e-Warong and Gapoktan were provided by the Social Agency of Kulon Progo Regency. Mobile Topographer apps were used to map the location of 13 rice suppliers, 111 e-Warongs, and parts of household recipients. Egg suppliers are not mapped because for each month each E-Warong can change suppliers, adjusting the availability of eggs. They were processed using spatial analysis operation. The result is maps of the distribution network and service area. Spatially and visually, the inequality of the distribution network is evident. This inequality is caused by distance and topography, factors that were not visible in the textual data currently in used. Where the E-Warong area in the northern part of the district is a plateau or hilly which makes mobility more difficult than E-Warong in the southern part which is a lowland. GIS has been used to create maps of the distribution network in visually attractive and spatially descriptive models.

In order to accelerate the validation process, government-facilitated participatory mapping processes which have been endorsed by many local land offices. This study examines the applicability of participatory approaches in validating land boundaries for supporting land registration processes. Aerial photo-map was used as the base to plot land parcels, which later was used to produce a working map. Field surveys were conducted to verify land boundaries. The availability of participatory land parcel map was not only useful to accelerate land registration processes, but was also able to serve as a visual tool which helps anticipating boundary disputes and land development at village level. The results of the study shown that participatory map contributed in improving quality of land registration map but suffers level of detailing in respect to actual shape and area of land boundaries</em>

One of Green Campus concepts is the green behaviour by giving information and inviting citizens to use energy, water and paper efficiently and giving education to citizens about environmental issues. One of the examples in energy efficiency practice is car-free streets. Energy consumption can be shown by number of vehicles and number of vehicles can be shown by sound level comparison or sound level mapping. Sound level mapping is a graphic representation of the sound level distribution existing in a given region, for a defined period. The higher sound level indicates more vehicle pass through an area. Number of vehicles and limited street capacities create traffic jam frequently. During a traffic jam, vehicle burn fuel but not moving and cause bad effect to environment. It enables city planner and manager to develop optimum plan based on location and its spatial dependencies. Geospatial information supports the most detailed level of planning up to individual parcel and building. It supports management of city affairs, such as building permit and taxation, efficiently. Further, it also enables better service deliveries to those who request. In order to performing these activities well, geocoded address must first be developed. This paper investigates status, issues and challenges in developing geocoded address in Indonesia. The following aspects were examined: regulations, availability, base data to develop geocoded address, actors, and applications. A case study on developing geocoded address for a segment of Jalan Kaliurang in Yogyakarta for urban area and Baturetno Village for rural area were presented. This paper found that although geocoded address is a vital element for many development activities, it is still undeveloped.
