This dissertation analyzes three cases of successful business companies which were born in the Sp... more This dissertation analyzes three cases of successful business companies which were born in the Spanish panorama, and which seem to have an international presence and leadership style. Later, we will propose another leadership style that they could hypothetically develop as a totally speculative but useful game for leadership theory researchers – this is not intended to criticize or damage these companies at all, as we consider them to be successful in their determined sectors. The topic of this text has an original approach as there is little material available in which reality is looked at with both emotional and social skills, or describing with concision the benefits of socio-emotional competence from the communicative point of view in relation to participative leadership styles, even within a multicultural context which expects to be intercultural. 1. Analysis of three business cases study We chose this sample of three companies taking into account several factors; first, they were of Spanish foundation and some travel in time; second international projection had proven; third, who had business success; fourth, because of advanced leadership styles continue. It is instrumental case studies because they have been chosen for their peculiar to deepen the styles of leadership and effective communication for intercultural coexistence characteristics. The qualitative approach is through reviewing the information on-line that the company itself was on internal communication strategies as well as forums, blogs where the view was reflected by workers or customers.
In the first part, the theoretical basis of the theory of emotional intelligence and convenience ... more In the first part, the theoretical basis of the theory of emotional intelligence and convenience intercultural training for immigrant women are exposed and that they can better adapt to the environment from a general and theoretical point of view. Then we serve authors who since the 90s as P. Fernandez Berrocal (1997), Fernandez et al (1997) investigating the relationship between culture and emotion, that is, how the assimilation of a culture allows individuals some emotional filters to interpret reality and how certain cultures even allow emotional control (Mesquita, 2003) by supernatural and mystical references. Then we attend the practical part following the detailed exposition of a unique case in terms of a qualitative field study with immigrant Muslim women to Spain. This case, called instrumentally unique case, is an exemplification of how a culture can lead itself own emotional complication for individuals. This makes more sense to have the convenience of a basic emotional education for immigrants and provide them with other references about the most rational reality to suit her motherhood, to new country women, etc. without losing or threatening the essence of their culture.

Esta ponencia pretende afrontar hasta que punto la educación multimedia a permitido ciertos aspec... more Esta ponencia pretende afrontar hasta que punto la educación multimedia a permitido ciertos aspectos socioculturales desconocidos que programa la presencia de las redes sociales y que se muestran de interés en el ámbito político social en general. Primero, nos interesa trazar cómo el concepto de "red" (net) se idea y contextualiza dentro del marco de surgimiento del portento tecnológico como es "Internet". Segundo, para otorgar una base filosófica se abordan dos perspectivas acerca de la naturaleza de lo que en sí son las redes sociales en cuanto a la relación real-virtual que se establece entre los interesados. Tercero, se investiga acerca de los nuevos efectos psicosociales del uso de ciberespacio a través de opiniones y estudios realizados, en general, y las redes sociales en concreto. Cuarto, se reflexiona sobre cómo la usanza de redes sociales puede popularizar el acrecentamiento de los eventos sociales y acontecimientos culturales, en definitiva, cómo edifica nuevos espacios de expansión en diversos ámbitos sociales. Abstract This paper intends to face to what extent the media education has allowed some cultural aspects present unknown program of social networks and shown interest in the social policy field in general. First, we want to trace how the concept of "net" is being designed and contextualized within the framework of technological prodigy rise of as "Internet." Second, to give a philosophical address two perspectives on the nature of what are social networks in terms of real-virtual relationship established between stakeholders. Third, new research about the psychosocial effects of the use of cyberspace through opinions and studies in general and social networks in particular. Fourth, we reflect on how the usage of social networks can popularize the growth of social events and cultural events, in short, how he builds new areas of expansion in several areas of society.

This text is a reflection of the realization of the dreams of those more than eight million Ameri... more This text is a reflection of the realization of the dreams of those more than eight million Americans of Hispanic origin, which include all the legal Mexican immigrant population, and displayed less real situation of many men and women of Hispanic origin in illegal or integration process in the U.S. Thus, we will focus on Chicano cinema, social cinema and Hollywood cinema, and finally deal with the presence of Hispanic culture in some mythical movies in cinema history. We study how specific social and cultural problems posed by Mexican immigration in the United States is addressed in the film written, directed and produced by Hispanics and other filmmakers of the Hollywood industry. Moreover we revise how Hispanics get involved in the industry: especially to three groups: first, the actors because they often play the role of Hispanic, or to see what role is given both social and starring (if it is considered a hero or a villain, and see what social level holds), second, the directors and third, the producers.

This text exposes, after a wide bibliographic review and extensive research on creativity and spe... more This text exposes, after a wide bibliographic review and extensive research on creativity and specifically verbal creativity, a pedagogical innovative intervention based on creative methodologies applied to the Didactics of language and literature, specifically to promote verbal creativity in children of the Early Childhood Education stage. Literary workshops are suggested for teachers based on strategies, mechanisms and resources based on four creative methodologies: divergent thinking (Guildford), lateral thinking (Edward de Bono), Gianni Rodari resources and Visual Thinking model.
