Various Provisions of the Wâjibah Testament in Contemporary Muslim Countries. The Wâjibah testame... more Various Provisions of the Wâjibah Testament in Contemporary Muslim Countries. The Wâjibah testament is evidence that its implementation does not depend on the expectation of the testator. The provisions within the wâjibah testament are interpreted from 180 verses of the sûrah al-Baqarah. There is a command for people who fear Allah to make a last will and testament for the parents and relatives before they die. In some of Muslim countries (Egypt, Morocco, Syria, Tunisia, Pakistan, etc.), the wâjibah testament is bequeathed to the orphaned grandchildren who have lost their parents. However, some other countries determine the grandchildren who obtain the wâjibah testament.

The enforcement of the act number 1 year 1974 about the marriage in Indonesia has been occurred f... more The enforcement of the act number 1 year 1974 about the marriage in Indonesia has been occurred for 38 years, but the implementation is yet completely run well especially for the rule of the minimum age restriction of the marriage and the registration of the marriage. Several factors that cause of the amount under age marriage which is defined in the marriage act of Bangkalan, 19 for men and 16 for women, are culture, education and economical factor. Besides, one of the factors that cause of the unregistered marriage is the lack of the societyrs knowledge of how important marriage registration is, as well as for polygamy issue.
