As Ethereum and Bitcoin dominate the cryptocurrency market, their investors are concerned about e... more As Ethereum and Bitcoin dominate the cryptocurrency market, their investors are concerned about each possibility of market price movements. The study aims to analyze the market price of these two cryptocurrencies and their respective volatility. Generalized Auto Regressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity (GARCH) is a model that excels in modelling volatility of a price-based time series. This research utilized the daily prices of Ethereum and Bitcoin. GARCH (1,1) model is applied as it is the most accurate model compared to the other GARCH (p,q) model. Based on the findings, this study concludes that Ethereum's volatility is more likely to persist in the long run than Bitcoin. However, for the short run, Ethereum's volatility is less persistent as compared to Bitcoin. Thus, Ethereum is much more profitable in the long run as compared to Bitcoin meanwhile Bitcoin is much more profitable in the short run.

It enables the elderly homeowners to access their home equity and hold up payment into cash of loan until a certain condition apply whereby the loan amount will not exceed the home value over the life of the loan. This study aims to compare reverse mortgages payment between the Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HECM) model by United State and Malaysian Proposed Reverse Mortgages (MPRM) loan structure on every type of house in Kuala Lumpur. Both loan structures have slight difference in the loan amount. From gender perspectives, it shows that male received higher amount of payment received compared to female. Respondents (N=210) from secondary schools in Pontian District, Johor were choosen to participated in this study. The results show there a significant between the traits of family behavior, parenting style and parental love towards adolescent deviant behivour.

Work-family conflict is a type of inter-role conflict that occurs as a result of incompatible rol... more Work-family conflict is a type of inter-role conflict that occurs as a result of incompatible role pressures from the work and family domains. Work role characteristics that are associated with work demands refer to pressure arising from excessive workload and time pressures. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors that contribute to the work-family conflict. There are three factors that researchers focus which are role overload, management support and also gender role orientation. The results of the study implied that work-family conflict as an important concern for individuals and organizations because of its negative consequences leading to reduced job performance as well as family satisfaction and hence reduced life satisfaction.
