Tacit knowledge exists in every corner of SME, in its structure and relationship especially in its people.Even though knowledge management will benefit SME as they are rich of tacit knowledge but lacking in expertise, financial capital and infrastructure, KM is almost impossible for SME currently. Since SME have efficient and informal communication network, knowledge sharing is essential especially in an organization with scarce resources. Therefore, in the wake of knowledge-based economy, tacit knowledge sharing is the best tool for SME in enhancing competence and organizational performance which suit its needs and background.

A face-to-face survey was carried out, and 904 usable questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS. The findings showed that level of education strongly influences travel behavior while there is not much difference in gender, age, income, and occupation. However, the categories in the groups provide good information relating to travel behavior. Suggestions and recommendations are provided to help the public transport service provider setting more strategic plans to encourage more individual riders to switch to public transport and sustain existing users. There are numerous studies of intellectual capital on large organizations and small and medium enterprises, however no study has been carried out on micro enterprises. The findings of the partial-least square analysis of one hundred and six micro enterprises found that intellectual capital has a significant relationship to organizational performance. In addition, the relationship between intellectual capital and organizational performance was significantly influenced by tacit knowledge sharing. In particular, tacit knowledge sharing proves to be extremely relevant when it comes to reinforcing the intellectual capital on the performance of micro enterprises in Malaysia. Limitations and implications for future studies are discussed.

Many entrepreneurship programs and courses have been developed and offered in higher learning institutions to encourage innovative behavior and the ability to recognize opportunities, especially in the emerging digitization world and the high unemployment rate in Malaysia. Generic skills such as creativity, proactiveness, risk-propensity, leadership, motivation, and self-efficacy are said to be essential determinants for innovative behavior. This paper aims to investigate the impact of generic skills on innovative behavior and opportunity recognition empirically. The online survey was conducted on 225 students who took a technology entrepreneurship course at a Malaysian university. Data were then analyzed using Partial Least Square software. A conventional pedagogy in class would deploy educators or lecturers as main actors, and students would be on the receiving ends. Currently, many studies have been the focus on finding the best pedagogy in entrepreneurship education. This study is to explore the social constructivist approach in which is said able to encourage students to explore and create their technology business venture in the future while educators would act as mentors to guide students. The study also sought to determine how much educators' role and self-directed learning influence students' entrepreneurial endeavors through the constructivist learning environment. Students from technology entrepreneurship classes were invited to take part in the online survey. Findings had shown that the roles of educators and self-directed learning have a positive effect on an entrepreneurial endeavor. However, a constructive learning environment does not influence an entrepreneurial endeavor. Educators play an essential role in students' self-directed learning that contributes to the constructivist learning environment and their entrepreneurial endeavor. Overall, all variables have a moderate impact on the entrepreneurial endeavor. The level of the constructivist learning environment is still low but promising. Recommendation and suggestions are provided.

Traffic congestion and associated problems have become a major worry for transport planners, politicians, and the public as it has negative economic, social, and environmental impact. Accordingly, public transport is encouraged. Initiatives to reduce traffic congestion, air pollution, greenhouse gas emissions, and traffic accident rates have been ineffective. Many megacities in developing countries have low public transportation mode shares despite high investment in public transportation infrastructure. To better manage supply and demand for transport, travel demand management (TDM) strategies must be implemented to manage imbalance of demand and supply. The role of emotional intelligence in activating entrepreneurs' innovativeness is yet to be explored in the entrepreneurial research. This preliminary study investigates the emotional intelligence, innovativeness and entrepreneurial success of entrepreneurs in Malaysia. The pilot study was carried out on 51 young entrepreneurs. The results indicate positive emotional intelligence can increase innovativeness that may lead to entrepreneurial success. Only "regulation of emotion in others" seems to be the most important dimension whereas other emotional intelligence elements seem to be less relevant to innovativeness and entrepreneurial success. Furthermore, there is no difference between male and female entrepreneurs in emotional intelligence and innovativeness but entrepreneurial success. This preliminary finding highlighted the importance of emotional intelligence especially on other elements of emotional intelligence in promoting innovativeness among entrepreneurs.
