Furthermore, e-payment can increase the efficiency of financial transactions and reduce the costs involved. Many parties benefit from using e-payment, among them microfinance clients. The implementation of e-payment helps microfinance clients to access formal financial services. Despite this, the adoption of e-payment system among microfinance clients in Malaysia remains low. This study aims to identify the channels of e-payment used by microfinance clients. Another objective is to examine the relationship between behavioral factors, technology awareness, financial cost and the e-payment adoption among microfinance clients in Malaysia. Reliability, correlation and regression analyses were applied on six variables, namely performance expectancy (PE), effort expectancy (EE), social influence (SI), facilitating conditions (FAC), financial cost (FIC) and technology awareness (TA). The findings in correlation analysis show that PE, EE, FIC, FAC and TA have significant relationship but weak and moderate level. While social influence was found has no significant relationship with e-payment adoption. Due to the small sample size, the result from the multiple regression analysis reveals that all the variables have no influence on e-payment adoption. Notwithstanding, in view of the lack of research in this area, this study hopes to further enrich the literature on efforts to improve financial inclusion through the adoption of digital payment services among the "un-bankable" segment of the society.

They have to face many challenges starting from the initial phase of looking for a job up till they start working. As a result, the turnover rate among them is very high. There are many studies carried out on the factors that prevent disabled people from joining the working force but few studies have discovered the role of emotional intelligence in the influencing of disabled employees' decision to stay at work. Hence, the purpose of this paper is to propose a framework which conceptualizes the influence job embeddedness among employed PWD. Emotional intelligence was proposed to have a significant influence on job embeddedness of PWD. A conceptual framework was developed using the Conservation of Resource (COR) Theory to describe emotional intelligence which is then used to support its connection to job embeddedness. Based on the variables engaged, it is argued that emotional intelligence among the disabled is an important element to be inculcated towards the aim of decreasing the probability of job quitting. It is believed that the limitations might be derived from the theory selected. However, this paper concludes with the proposition of further study to being conducted and this paper's implication for future research. Practitioners could use the outlined framework as a hiring strategy to guide the employment of PWD in their company and to promote their job retention. This paper improves on a practical instrument to conceptualize a new way of looking at PWD's emotional intelligence and extending the conception to confirm its effect on their job embeddedness.

Nevertheless, individuals are seldom having a perfect financial knowledge. Behavioral economics admitted that individuals are not always rational and emotions can always affect decision making. Thus objectives of this paper are to investigate the financial problems among the students as well as their financial management practices. This is because the ability to manage personal finances has become increasingly important in both university and college in preparing their students with good financial management. Data for this study was collected through a self-administered questionnaire and distributed through purposive judgmental sampling method. A total of 369 questionnaires were completed and been analyzed using SPSS. The finding from the study shows that the financial problem occurs due to the inability of students to increase income. As a student, they need to spend more time for their study instead of finding a way to increase income. The students were found have good financial management practice because they are avoiding overspending of their money. The result contributes to the university and particularly the academia to know the students' financial management practice and financial problem to educate them in making a wise financial decision in future.

However, what remains a puzzle is whether the ISO 14001 subscription has desirable effects on the participating firms. Such investment should only be advised if it can enhance firm's financial standing particularly for business oriented companies. Based on 17 companies certified with ISO 14001 which are listed in Malaysian Stock Exchange, this paper studies the impacts from this voluntarily action on firm financial performance through analysis of financial ratios. Three years of performance covering before and after the certification periods for selected ratios was analyzed using Paired Sample T-Test. The results show that the ISO 14001 certification does not significantly induce higher financial performance based on the perspective of firms’ asset management, profitability, leverage, liquidity and earnings per share (EPS). The finding would suggest that, the realization time for the positive impacts of the ISO 14001 certification could somehow take a much longer period.

A survey was developed and administered, generating a total sample of 319 respondents across the country. The preliminary results indicated that all of the variables examined were significantly correlated to ECCB, except for income. Later, the analysis from the regression highlighted that only age, gender and perceived consumer effectiveness (PCE) were significant predictors to ECCB. The findings confirmed that, in terms of psychographic variables, PCE has been proven to be more accurate and significant determinant than environmental concern (EC) for segmenting and explaining different segments and characteristics of pro-environmental behavior. These findings may assist Malaysian policy makers in formulating actionable decisions related to environmental education and protection. The finding also allows marketers to use marketing and awarenessraising campaigns to encourage consumers to choose environmental friendly products.
