This study delivered a tailored-design, prototype and constructed tool as a proof of concept of the proposed approach to IM-DeCRuD. The main attributes of the IMDeCRUD prototype are: requirements specification definition, requirements specification modification, requirements prioritization setting and graphics visualization of the representation generated using the Generic Modeling Environment (GME) tool. Java language was used as an interpreter to integrate the prototype functions. This research applied a library system as a simple case study to determine the importance of the IM-DeCRuD prototype. Ultimately, during the software development and evaluation activities, the prototype showed its ability for the tedious engineering process of requirements and design crosscutting concerns becoming more simpler.

With a view to understand online training effectiveness among employees, a proposed model is extended from the existing related models based on the conceptual studies. The innovation of information technologies nowadays has contributed to the exponential expansion in business online training. This study uses case study in identifying current status of online training implementation in Malaysian public sectors and what are the criteria of online training implementation determined through different perception of stakeholders. This study was conducted to construct a research model on online training effectiveness qualitatively. In finding the gap of the study, several literatures on online training issues have been reviewed. Based on the literature review, the study posited four constructs adopted from Kirkpatrick’s learning theory through Multiple Perspectives Theory lens, which are believed can influence online training effectiveness. The proposed model will be used to understand multiple perspectives of online training implementation among employees in Malaysian public sectors.

Everyone are busy and hope to do all the task in just a click away. That is why every task nowadays are mostly started with the letter E which means electronic. The convergence of electronic ways of living is used widely to most of the areas and field. The schools or institutions and educational areas individual are also moving into this hype. The higher education or institutions nowadays are trying to run the fully e-learning concept due to space limitation be it in term of storage or in term of locating the students in the classrooms. But this type of learning is still new to some of the institutions especially to the new and small private institutions. Some of the techniques nowadays does use the tradional classroom and most of the institutions would provide the technology and prefer to put the e-learning methods inside the traditional classroom with the hope of engaging the students with the lesson taught and to ensure that the facts delivered could be easily understood as compared to the previous method. But there are always a flaw in every new things introduced. It is believe that e-learning are unacceptable to some of the peple who resist to change or afraid of technology. Some students also tend to get attach to internet until they are not pay full attention to the material provided for classes. This research aims to identify the problems faced using e-learning which only cover the scope of looking into student interest in learning and look at the research model that is related and show the findings of the appropriate ways of learning. It is hope through the research model identified, it could guide the educators to find the best way of teaching in higher institutions.

The main function of the centre is to implement and provide services to create a learning environment where lecturers provide Web-based contents and online learning activities. Universiti Teknologi MARA, with fifteen branch campuses spread throughout the country offers indeed vast untapped resources as far as expertise and infrastructure are concerned. This paper attempts to describe the University's efforts to embark on e-learning in a big way after a span of four years of implementation efforts and the achievements.

However, most LMS will simply manage the learning contents, the learning history data, the test results, and many more without managing the learning itself. Thus, the choice of an LMS is an important part of an organization's e-learning strategy and it will affect the organization for long period of time. Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) is a standard that allows the interoperability of learning tools and course content and provides a collection of specifications adapted from multiple sources to offer a comprehensive suite of e-learning capabilities that enable interoperability, accessibility and reusability of Web-based learning content. i-Learn Portal is the LMS platform that promote information sharing and resources for the academicians and students of the Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), and the portal also provides standard content for the respective courses for student's perusal, extending the discussion or lecture at a class. The i-Learn Centre (i-LeC) of UiTM realizes that there is a need to standardize the i-Learn Portal towards world recognized LMS and therefore this paper will discuss SCORM and other selected global standards such as IEEE LTSC and IMS Global Consortium for the standardization.

For this online teaching and learning development, lecturers and students must be able to access a teaching and learning framework, which is effective, easy to use and accessible. Through a conducted teaching and learning program which involved a series of online and offline delivery trials to a small group of students located in the Graphic Design Department, Faculty of Art & Design Universiti Teknologi MARA UiTM) attempted to achieve a new approach of how the teaching and learning environment for Graphic Design normally using face-to-face teaching, can be appropriately instructed into online delivery. A website was established which provided the students with a series of lessons according to the instructional design theory which included formative appraisal. Each topic was accompanied by multimedia element in order to have better understanding and learning experience. Hyperlinks to various related resource materials were provided throughout the program to encourage nonlinear access to knowledge, to enhance repetition and to encourage independent learning. The study was able to conclude that, the perusal of instructional design theory will drive online learning as an effective medium for delivering graphic design course is successful.
