Artcoustic has been designing ground-breaking, world-class loudspeakers since 1998, constantly pushing the limits of convention and challenging the status quo. Our passion for performance, functionality and design has inspired us to reinvent the conventional loudspeaker with a fresh, modern look. Our roots go back to original Danish loudspeaker design, associated with refined aesthetics and innovative design. After years of combined design & technical development, we have created a loudspeaker, which looks as good as it sounds, without compromising one to the other. Our award-winning collection of speakers perform amongst the highest in their class, delivering exceptional efficiency, dynamics and high-quality sound.   Earlier this month, a special creative breakfast networking reception was held at ikonhouse for designers, diplomats, and delegates, marking the first official Danish participation in Downtown Design part of Dubai design week. Over delicious pastries and engaging conversations, participants immersed themselves in Danish creativity and innovation. The reception featured opening remarks from HE Joakim Larsen, Consul General and Head of Mission at The Trade Council of Denmark in MENA, and Dorian Pauwels, CEO and Founder of Ikonhouse sparking dynamic discussions on Danish design principles and innovation. Thank you to our partners, Danish industri and Creative Denmark, and to all participating brands and guests who made this event a success. It was a day filled with inspiration, new connections, and, of course, delicious pastries. We look forward to cooperating more on activities that connect and inspire the global design community.   𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐲! That’s been the defining quality of this autumn, as it often is. Global Market Development have been travelling the world non-stop, assisting Danish companies achieve their goals of exporting high quality goods abroad. At time of writing, we have great colleagues conducting four simultaneous export promotions across the world. Emil and Ejvind are in Dubai, at two very different exhibitions, Downtown Design and Gulfood Manufacturing respectively. Michelle and Tor are in Shanghai, heading the Danish Food and Health Pavilions (yes there are two!) at China International Import Expo, while Søren is in Chicago at Pack Expo International.   The exhibition ‘The Danish Frame’ unfolds the essence of Danish design by showcasing a seamless blend of aesthetics, craftsmanship, and innovation✨ Presented this week at Downtown Design Dubai, the leading design fair in the Middle East, the exhibition was organised by Danish Industry, The Trade Council of Denmark in MENA, and Creative Denmark and curated by creative consultant and designer Yvonne Koné. The exhibition showcases the work of leading Danish design brands Hübsch A/S and Nordlux, complemented by collaborations with Kvadrat, massimo copenhagen, and Artcoustic Loudspeakers - Official. Visitors were invited to explore how form and function unite within the ‘frame’ of modern living. The exhibition exhibits Denmark’s design philosophy in a fresh and cohesive narrative, presenting contemporary solutions in lighting, furniture, and interior design, each piece reflecting the Danish commitment to sustainability, functionality, and minimalism. The creative process behind ‘The Danish Frame’ has an architectural approach bringing Danish minimalism and craftsmanship to the forefront. Every detail, from the materials to the spatial design, has been carefully curated the use of natural colours, sustainable materials, and modular structures bring the best of Danish design to life. The exhibition reflects the interplay of form, function, and sustainability, defining modern Danish interior design. Today, the organisers of the Danish exhibition, together with ikonhouse, hosted a creative networking reception for buyers, press, designers, diplomats, and Dubai Design Week delegates to connect and gain inspiration. Here, Joakim Larsen, General Counsel & Head of Mission at The Trade Council of Denmark in MENA and Dorian Pauwels, CEO and Founder at ikonhouse welcomed the guests and Harald Lauritzen, Sales Manager DACH & Middle East from CARL HANSEN & SØN held an inspirational talk and organised an engaging Mini Workshop.
